I listed with Homelister and paid the fee up front plus a reactivation fee of $69.00to extend my agreement to 10/18/2023. I received a email requesting me to sign a form and showing the signature page. After playing with the form I discovered it was a termination form effective 6/9/2023. When I followed up with Homelister I was Advised on 6/8/2023 "Due to current market conditions and overall lack of demand in your area, we have decided not to renew our membership with the *** in which your property is, or would be, listed. As such, we are canceling your listing effective 6/9 and you will be receiving a cancellation form to execute in the next day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you would like to be referred to an agent in your area, please contact *************************** ..."I advised them that I had an agreement and I expected it to be honored. On a second conversation I suggested that If I received a complete refund ($599.99 + part of the $69.00) I would agree. I was advised 6/20/2023 that they would refund the $69.00 (which I have not received. On 6/22/2023 my listing was removed from ***. This company does not honor their contracts.

I listed my home with homelister then I was told there would be additional charges. I paid them and it was listed. Agents had trouble getting my information from homelister and after about thirty days I was sent an email that my listing would be terminated the following day and to sign an agreement to pay the listing agent $500. Now my listing is still up and deactivated so I cant go somewhere else yet. Obviously Im not doing that contacted the state attorney general office today and pursuing other actions on Monday. Beware of homelister

We listed our home with Homelister and it was a great experience.

Homelister advertises savings of $21,000 and 11 days on the market. Our home went into contract within a week of listing and we saved over $25,000 compared to if we had used a normal realtor. And best yet, we sold it for over our asking price! Homelister under promised and over delivered, way over delivered! When we listed, we had a lot of questions, and they answered honesty and provided full transparency into the process which we appreciated. A local agent wanted us to drop our price by $50,000 saying that the market is declining and we'll never find a buyer for the price we wanted. Plus on top of that she was going to charge us 6% of our price. Well guess what, Homelister helped us find a buyer to not only pay what we wanted but more and their fee was just $3000 for their platinum plan. We got more, saved more, and it sold quickly. What more can you ask for?

Just sold my home using Homelister. Despite rising interest rates and less buyers, Homelister helped us sell our home for over our asking price, we started receiving offers within a few days of listing, and we went into contract a week later. Homelister is the new way of real estate that agents are scared of. Just look at Homelister's Facebook page, realtors are the ones putting out fake negative comments and fake 1 star reviews. Realtors are scared and for good reason, they are the old way of doing things. Homelister is the new way!

Not exactly quick in setting up (you are selling a house, after all), but surprisingly easy. Offers started coming in pretty quick and sold my house in about a week's time! Saved a whole bunch of money, and the great thing was - I didn't have to pay until I sold my house! I picked the basic option, but it definitely helped that I have a hobby in photography, as it helped me take great pro looking pictures of my house.
