    "I had made payments and I ask for a refund they told me 120 days had passed and they dont give you your money backThe reason I requested a refund was bc i took the 1 gram bar that they charge $160 dollars for to a store and they told me all they could give me was $50 so I was super upset I had spent $120 extra so I email and requested a refund the customer support lady said you can take any avenues you want but I am unable to give you any of your Montly payments back bc they are over 120 days they never explained this policy prior to singing up it is a scam and a fraud what this company is going to people Also you always have to email them after 6 or 7 payments or they continue to take money but you dont get any gold deliver is super unprofessional of them to do this I am out of my money and their gold sells for nothing ."
