      I purchased a monthly subscription on 3/11 around 1am MT. My bank account shows the charge but 9 hours after payment I still don't have access to the content I subscribed to. When following the same steps and links to initially subscribe, the option now says the zip code I selected is no longer available and I need to purchase another plan to access the content. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM AND FLEECE JOB. I've received emails from AirDNA confirming my subscription and payment, but I am completely locked out of the content I paid for. The only area I have access to is ******************, which they offer as a free sample market.

      AIRDNA requires you to buy their service on a monthly price. What they don't make clear is that the "monthly price" is actually a subscription. You can't make a single month purchase, it's not even an option and it's not clear that it's a subscription. It does not say "subscribe to our monthly price of" it just says "month price". On top of this once you buy a month, if you don't cancel, they charge you again each month and if you call to cancel, they won't under any circumstance even if it's the beginning of the month, day 1, they won't refund you. It's scammy, and it's wrong. I was charged DOUBLE due to a computer error $39.95 two times incorrectly. Then I was charged an extra $299 which I called about the day it was posted and said I do not wish to renew can you please refund me, and they won't refund me. I offered them to prorate the charge a day and they still won't refund me. What a scam. Especially since I havnt used the service and it's the beginning of the billing cycle. Why? Why not make it clear that it's a subscription? And why when someone doesn't want that subscription, and they haven't used the services, can they legally still charge you?

      ****** put maximum effort into upselling me a software tool. They pressured me into upgrading into an expensive plan ($400/mo) promising me all the amazing functionality I would benefit from. However, the software barely works. The majority of functionality (Rentalizer, Rates etc.) that I need to run my business never worked, and the remaining data was misleading, outdated and sometimes flat out wrong. From doing more research, they only update data on a monthly basis and pull their data from largely unreliable sources which was never made clear to me. In fact they stated they pull their data live. When I tried to cancel my subscription to ****** they refused. They ignored me for weeks, then would have me reach out to tech support. Who were unable to help me and just keep telling me "we're working on it". And then I would get no response until I reach out again. After months of this back and forth (I honestly tried to work with their tech team to solve the issues) I've had enough. I've now spent thousands of dollars for nothing. I don't see an alternative but to report this business providing faulty software, making false claims, and refusing to stop my payments, let alone provide a refund.

      I thought I had purchased one month of their service but I guess it was a reoccurring automatic monthly payment plan. A few minutes after receiving a receipt for the second month charge, I replied via email explaining my confusion, asking to cancel the plan & asking for a refund since I no longer needed the service. They replied stating that they had cancelled my monthly auto-renewal plan but that they could not refund the charge. The charge is still pending on my cc account. There is no way that they "can't" issue a refund. Such bad, unfair & unethical business practices, when I don't need the service & requested an immediate refund!

      I had purchased a subscription to AirDNAs online service several months ago. My use of the service quickly dropped to zero, however I had forgotten to unsubscribe from their costly monthly subscription. After my most recent charge on May 12th, I cancelled my subscription on the 13th and asked to be refunded for a month of service that I knew I would not utilize. I reached out to customer service for a refund and they apologized that I "didn't realize it was a subscription service" and informed me that it was not within their power to reimburse me as though it was out of their hands. I do not want to pay for a month's worth of a service that I have not used in months. I want a refund.

      $99 I just bought this service yesterday night i wanted data of ********** which is in ******** i subscribed ******** and i cant find they says i only get 175 neighborhood of ******** they didn't had option to buy state now today when i went for refund they says if i want state it is $500 this is pure scam they don't have pricing for state during purchase or they know no one will buy this i just want my refund
