Someone is fraudulently using my beach body account. I purchased a yearly membership and mbf 8/5/2020 and around day 4 I started to notice work outs had been done that I had not done and my tracking log would notify me when a work out had been completed. After reviewing the log I noticed that work outs were done at random times of the day that I cannot work out or days I didn't even work out. I contacted beach body 5 times now to have this issue resolved and I have followed all instructions such as changing my email, password and canceling my membership for someone to still be accessing my account. I was told someone was accessing my account from a Roku tv, I have not watched any work outs on a Roku tv. I only use my phone and PC. They offered me a full refund for both mbf and the membership but someone is still logging into my account and using mbf. I have requested several times to have my account deleted permanently only to be told I need to keep filling out form after form and it could take 2-4 weeks. This is unacceptable, if a customer suspects fraud then the company should immediately delete the account entirely not cancel the membership in hopes that solves the problem, it does not they can easily purchase the membership again and again. There has been no resolution. I have reached out several times. I just keep hearing "we are processing your request and that processing could take 24 to 48 hours to update" and 2-4 weeks to delete the account. This is unacceptable. My name, address, phone number and card information is being compromised on THEIR website and apps and this company does not care what so ever. I will not be returning and my opinion is they cannot be trusted and a refund is far from an acceptable resolution in this situation.
