    I ordered a ring for my sister for Mothers Day. I ordered in advance and paid for expedited shipping. The ring came a month later and after Mothers Day. My sister wore the ring for three weeks and noticed her finger was green. I am so disappointed in this company. Bad customer service too. I complained about not getting the ring numerous times and got just wait be there soon.

    I made two orders for Father's Day, and I still haven't received what I ordered, and I did so a month in advance. They sent me an email saying they had already sent the product. I apologize. I looked up the product I ordered and it told me it was in *****. I'm sorry to have lost $200 on two gifts I really wanted to give to my son and my boyfriend. This company is not serious at all, it shouldn't even exist on the market. I think they just keep people's money and don't send anything. This company *****.

    Ordered an item for Mothers Day on April 27th and was overcharged shipping. I sent an email asking for a refund of the difference and was ignored. Selected standard shipping of 3-5 business days. The item did not come until June 2nd. That is FORTY DAYS. **************** responded with its shipping + production but I know it doesnt take over 30 days to make the item I got because *********************** would have had it sitting at my door in 2 days. I went with Adorlla because the price was lower, but I would have GLADLY paid the higher price with *********************** to ensure the item was received in an appropriate amount of time, rather than over a month past Mothers Day. Company says its based in *******, but the item apparently went on a world tour because it spent 30 of those days in *****.

    On April 28th 2025 I placed an order for a framed picture for my wife's birthday/ ************ gift hoping it would make it. It did state it may take 2-18 days to get my product I paid 85 dollars for with shipping.. I waited until the 20th and haven't received my purchase or heard anything so I contacted them via there website and for anther week had no response. I am completely furious so then went back on the website and left a complaint with my PO#THIS WAS THE RESPONSE I GOT. Hello,Sorry for the delay.After checking, your order is in urgent production.Due to the increase in orders, our production and logistics transportation have been delayed to varying degrees.We will rush your order asap.Please give us some time and we will try our best to ship it soon.Once your order is completed and shipped, we will inform you of the tracking number.Would you please wait a few more days?Best Regards,**** ITS NOW been another week (its may 31st) and I haven't heard anything. Do not give them your money. They are scam artists..

    I ordered a wooden corked US map on February 1st with a 6-8 day delivery hoping to have it for Valentines Day. I emailed them on February 13th asking for an update and was told to wait a few more days. On February 28th, still with no tracking number, I asked again for an update and was told to wait another 5-7 days. It is March 14th, a month after I was hoping to have the order, and I have finally received it. But upon opening it, it looks awful. Like a 3D printing nightmare. The names of the states dont line up within the state lines and have spelling errors. *********. $75 later and Im ******. Hoping to get a refund so well see if they respond to my email.

    I never received the item I ordered. It was supposed to take 5-8 days shipping, but I waited patiently until two weeks after the initial delivery date only to find out the item was shipped back to sender, and I tried to get my money back. Adorlla's customer service member, ******, told me that they are not responsible for the item not being delivered and that they will not refund my money since the item was shipped. She then stated I could have the item shipped again for an additional $15. Complete scammers, and no accountability.

    I purchased a valentines gift almost a month ago. There is no way to track my package. I have entered my order number and email multiple times. I have had response from **** saying they are back ordered and running behind and that she will reach out to me with tracking number in 5-7 days. Its been 2 weeks since then. I asked them to just cancel my order and refund my account. How are people like this in buisness. So shady. I want my money back.

    We ordered an engraved ring from Adorlla about 3 weeks before Christmas.Didnt hear anything for a few days so we contacted them on their service email. They responded back and gave us a tracking #. We were able to follow the tracking # from ***** to our destination with no problems.We received what we ordered the day after Christmas. We had no complaints at all.

    Id give zero if it were an option. Ordered a custom family tree for my grandmothers 90th birthday. I paid for VIP priority, $8.95 for premium gift box/wrapping and in total spent $103 for this personalized gift. I received it 3 weeks after I ordered it. Which was a week past the birthday. There was no gift box or special wrapping. The font was nothing like what was advertised. The printing was blurred and made you feel like you needed glasses. There was no frame just particle board glued to it. The heart design was different than advertised. What a scam. So disappointing. I asked for a refund and they offered 20% back. I cant gift it. Its truly awful. And this was confirmed by multiple family members. This company needs to be stopped.
