  Unfortunately . This company is not even worth half a star rating. After a long search for a professional company to take on the project of painting our very " neglected" home. Word used by *****. My husband and I after sitting with ***** decided to go with Hybrid.. I felt like this was the company that would meet our needs and were capable of undertaking the task of painting our home so that the end result would be a home we could "showcase" ,post the work completed by Hybrid Renovations sign and record a video for ***** to post on their website and or you tube. ***** was to return to our home after completion to take photos to use for new potentional customers. I was sold by ******* professional,encouragement, patience and I completed trusted him. I loved how streamlined and efficient the process to begin painting our was. *** made sure to call ,address concerns we had from day 1. Once the primer was on and application began ,that is when our issues began. The work done a mess. Sloppy,sections were left unpainted,other sections were covered in paint . *** repeatedly came out,inspected what needed to be corrected ,sent someone to correct the mistakes . All our complaints were due to application. Our home was painted in July and we are still waiting for ***** to return . The front panels of our home are peeling . You literally see white underneath as you look at the front of the house. We reached out to texcoat . At this point we needed help to reach *****. ***** and *** have ignored all our calls. He hung up on me once. Texcoat sent a inspector . After inspection . ***** sent his findings to Hybrid. That was 3 weeks ago and they have not heard back from them either. This issue with out home is clearly an application issue. We were duped by ***** and his team. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. THEY ARE HORRIBLE . ***** is a real piece of work. DO NOR USE THIS COMPANY!!!

  With the utmost respect **** and ************************* were 1 of the most difficult clients we have ever worked with. As a small business owner, I've learned unfortunately the customer isn't always right. Here at ******************** we care, take accountability, and strive for perfection on every job. Good business is about delivering what is promised and good communication with clients. Most importantly making sure our clients are satisfied and happy with the process. The truth is, you can't please everyone and some people are not reasonable. We were paid in full and went back MULTIPLE times after to continuously address new issues that were being brought up. We could have ignored them, however, we still did our very best to cater to the issues they felt they had. Every time we came back, there was a new issue or complaint they had. At a certain point, we began to feel as if we were being taken advantage of and moving around in circles. Its unfortunate that we disagree here. In retrospect, we would have not accepted their business had we known how much of a headache working with them would cause. Good luck in your endeavors and your pursuit of happiness.

  Great company, excellent work, the crew is very respectful, and keeps it clean throughout. Also excellent communication throughout the entire project. I highly recommend.

  Im always a little hesitant to start a new large-scale project and after a few estimates from other companies for a full re-roofing of our house, we decided to go with Hybrid Renovations because of their transparent pricing model, the care with which they took to walk through the project and answer my many questions, and the connection the team created with us. The communication throughout was incredible, and where there were new issues or areas in need of service identified they addressed them without tagging on additional funding. In fact, my back gate was accidentally broken during one of the load-outs and instead of advising me or temporarily fixing it through the end of the project, the team fully replaced the damaged area, painted it to match the fence and repaired the gate so it works better now than before. Based on this project, the level of workmanship, the guarantee of fully bonded and fully employed workers I will be looking to Hybrid Renovations for any future large-scale projects and referring others to them.

  Amazing work and excellent customer service!******************** changed our lives with a Quality Product.I had old worn out and ****** aluminum window frames that became difficult to slide after 40 years.They replaced our windows and sliding patio door with Beautiful and Easy sliding windows and a patio door. Cutting down outdoor noise and dust is a plus. Fast and efficient team work. Thank you Hybrid Renovations!
