'I needed two, simple, Delta bathroom faucets replaced. (Called 'simple' by the plumber that did the actual work).

A ****** representative came to my home to give me a written estimate. the quote was $1700 more than what I ultimately paid a licensed plumbing company to do!

In the ****** detailed estimate, but not verbally disclosed, was a $99 fee for extended warranty, which I did not request and did not expect from a plumber. The $1700 included parts and labor for things that ultimately did not need to be done. (The plumber I later used showed and explained To me).

Beware! Read and question any written estimate closely. And get multiple estimates. I got 5 and they varied wildly.'

I put the above, true and concise review on yelp, believing it would be of value to consumers. Business responded on yelp in a vindictive way, with my name and personal info and untrue misleading info regarding my 'luxury' fixtures (delta) and home (in mobile home park). Business also made disparaging in remarks about plumber that ultimately did my work.

I believe my review was of value to seekers. Their response was verbose, untrue, revealed personal info about me and was critical of another plumbing company.

Miguel and Sergio are excellent plumbers! Being a nurse for over 50 years I understand customer service. The customer service from Duncan Plumbing meets all areas from being on time to explaining procedures.

So extremely pleased with the expediency of service by Jorge at ****** Plumbing Santa Cruz. He arrived on time (actually early after getting a call to see if that was ok) for pricing consult/quote of a non-emergent water heater exchange, along with new connections, etc. While the price quote was not the cheapest compared to the others I'd already gotten, it was more inclusive of all the necessary work & needs. Jorge knew all the current rules/regulation entailed. He was also available to do the full project right away. I felt safe in his knowledge, capabilities, & space. So yay. Project done & no potential future worries about my water heater. So, grand thanks to Jorge. Also, must say that all prior phone/online contacts were very pleasant setting up my appointment. ****** Plumbing has a wonderful team & they clearly care for their customers & about customer service. They even called me the day after just to check & make sure all was ok. They now have a customer for life & I'll be recommending them to my neighbors & friends. THANKS !!!
