    I put in an orders of shoes in the end of November and have not received the ******** now january. I'm frustrated because my daughter didn't receive a pair of shoes that was ****** that was the only present I was giving her. I have no tracking information it's been a disaster. My daughter didn't receive her shoes. I have called customer service and mailbox is full what is weird a company should always have someone available. I want my money back

    I recently purchased a few items at the Cotton On store in ******** *****. Their info is below. **************************************************************************************** Phone: ************** The purchase was for $52.98 on Nov 7th. I had been looking for some basic shirts and was so happy I finally found the perfect ones. Unfortunately, the grey shirt I wore had a hole in it the first time I wore it. I absolutely did not snag it and I am quite small and purchased a bigger size (size medium). I reached out to the company asking for an exchange and was denied. I would like to get a replacement shirt mailed to me as I do not live close to a store or be issued a refund. I have attached photos. You can tell it is clearly a manufacturing defect.

    I need assistance getting my money back from a merchant COTTON ON, On January 6, 2023 I bought clothing through their website using AfterPay as a form of payment. I have gone 5 times to return the clothing to the store located inside the ******* Mall (**** CA-27 Canoga Park ** *****), they are not refunding the taxes I paid. Every time I've gone there they tell me different things that I need to do in order for me to get my full refund, I've done everything they instructed me to do and still they are refusing to pay the taxes. I went today 2/9/2023 and again, I got the same response. I got really frustrated, I demanded the cashier that I was not going to leave the store without my money back, I requested her that I speak with a manager but instead she called security on me. I mentioned to the security officer that there was no reason for him to be there, he agreed and said he was there because they were called. I told the sales person that there was no need for her to call security but she was not making eye contact to me. I really don't know what to do anymore. I don't want to return the clothing by mail because I'm going to have the same problem.Please Help Me!I need COTTON ON to also cover all the gas that I spend for the times that I had to go to the store.The Order number is: W00026197203, amount $71.65
