    Several days ago I imported a 25000 email list to ZeroBounce to get verified so I could send them on Amazon SES. Amazon has a very strict bounce policy. Zerobounce cleaned my list and gave me back 18000 valid emails. I sent my email via Amazon and 14% bounced. So over 2500 emails hard bounced. I even verified some of them manually after that and they were all hard bounces. I am at risk of getting my Amazon SES cancelled and it was EXTREMELY hard to get approved. I want a refund. I attached supporting documentation. Support was absolutely no help.

    I'm glad we were able to talk via our ticketing system and discuss more about your issue. We do appreciate you working with us so we can both better understand the issue that took place. After speaking with K****, working through her concerns we also refunded K**** immediately. After getting the situation to a better place K**** has acknowledged that she would like to remove or resolve this complaint with a satisfactory outcome.

    If there is additional information that may be required for this please let us know. Attached is the conversation done via our ticketing software where K**** has also mentioned she wishes to remove this complaint with the BBB.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 20642752, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    If there’s anyway to remove the complaint, that would be awesome. The business went above and beyond to take care of this problem. I reacted too quickly with posting a complaint.
