      Cant believe were out! What a waste of money!!! Thank you to ****** and team for getting us out and helping get our credit back to normal. Took some time and wasnt cheap, but Im happy to end this story here! I was even able to transfer my points to an rca account and use all my built up points from last year and this year to book a vacation!

      After spend over $6000 US in March of 2021 with assurances that this business will get us out of the timeshare, they failed miserably. They misrepresented their services and permitted the contract to default with the timeshare company which was foreclosed on this year. The last communication was in December of 2022 that they were about to resolve the issue and crickets since. This is nothing less than incompetence or a scam by the company. We have yet to receive any information on what they did or how this transpired to foreclosure. No services were rendered for the outlay of cash that we paid them. Would not recommend this organization after being scammed for over $6000 US. We will accept nothing less that repayment for the fool amount they received for services not rendered.

      Some developers resort to a final attempt to dissuade property owners from canceling their loans or annual dues by threatening foreclosure and sending intimidating paperwork through associated title companies. These threats are baseless and hold no merit whatsoever.In this case, the client was not only part of our program but also enrolled in a lifetime credit protection and restoration program. The account has been closed without any negative impact on credit. As per records, the clients have saved over $60,000, including the canceled loan and annual dues. While we aim to address such situations with our clients, we will aim for clearer communication in the future. We recommend that this client reach out to our *********************** for any further inquiries.

      Id give them a 6 star rating if I could!!I had a ******* and a Hilton timeshare that were problematic from the day I bought them, and now I dont own either one of them, thanks to Client Protection Group.Best of all, I stopped making the payments and not credit was not impacted negatively.That was my biggest fear, my credit being destroyed. But they stuck to their word, and now Im done with ******* and Hilton.Thanks again Client Protection Group.********
