I am now free of my Wyndham timeshare thanks to Client Protection Group. It took about a 9 months for them to complete, but I am now free of this unwanted timeshare that I had for many years with *******. Their customer service was great. Any time I had questions, I would call and get answers, unlike my previous experience with other companies. I would suggest CPG to anybody!!

I was terrified at first of paying anyone upfront because there are so many scams out there, but I am so glad I put my trust in Client Protection Group! Stole $3400.00 from me. Hired them to take over for another agency. Right after i hired them the time share contacted my old attorney. The old attorney is finishing the process. Asked for a refund as the only work they did was send the *** letter to Timeshare. They will not refund even though they will do no work. Stay away from this scam!!!Client Protection Group LLC

Glen hired us after he was already working with another timeshare cancellation for a long time and had no results. We explained to Glen that this happens very often, and we usually are able to get the cases completely pretty quickly when another company started the timeshare cancellation process but did not complete the job. This exact occurrence happened with Glen and his timeshare account was closed shortly after he enrolled with us. We took action on his case like we do on every case. I had an agreement to eliminate my timeshare over 2 years ago, costing me $2975.00 a lot of frustration. Nothing is happening. This company has an 18 month guarantee. No one contacts me without me calling every time. I would think twice before using them.Review fromPenny M

Dropped my credit report 240 points and my timeshare was foreclosed. ...CPG didnt do anything they said they would. 14 months later. Its nothing but a scam if you ask me.Client Protection Group LLC

We do everything we can to prevent non payments from being reported. However, whenever it does happen, we work to have it removed. Sometimes it does take the full 18 months to have the case revolved and credit restored. We also never make the claim that our clients credit will remain unaffected so although we are equally frustrated, we will remain on track until this case is closed.Client Protection Group LLC

i really like these people they got us out of a s timeshare with ****** and thats not easy to do. it took a year but it was worth it. we thought they werent doing anything but we were wrong. they were working on it all along. so thank you for your help!!Review fromJohn S

Thank you so much Client Protection Group for helping me exit my Wyndham timeshare. Last year me and my wife were pressured into buying a Wyndham timeshare. We immediately tried to back out, but they wouldnt let us. Now we had a $20,000+ debt that we wanted nothing to do with. Client Protection Group conveniently called me out of the blue asking if I was interested in ending my relationship with *******. I immediately said yes, we need help. I originally went with CPG because of their favorable reviews. I wanted to believe they were different but after signing up with them in Oct 2021 they have not gotten us out of the time share. We are at the end of the 18 month time frame and nothing has been shown to show that they have gotten us out of the time share. I have called them over and over and the Person with the initials IR would say that your case is in the final stage. They claim to be transparent anytime I ask to see anything in writing they never provide any written documentation to show how the case is progressing. I do not want to pursue the money back guarantee I want to have the timeshare canceled because I doubt that they would honor their money back guarantee. It has been told to me that they have resolved other timeshare contracts with this resort but they can not explain to me why the resort is taking so long. After reviewing the notes on this file, it appears we are and have been in the final stage for quite some time. At this point, were simply waiting for the developer which is completely out of our control. However, our Case Manager Team will remain on this until we receive confirmation the account is closed.
