    I wish there was an option for no star!! We are currently in litigation with this company over them changing us to a lease rather than a loan as we had asked for. They had us e sign and as soon as we noticed it that evening, we contacted them telling them it was not supposed to be a lease but a loan. No response. They held this loan for less than 3 months before our Ag Direct contacted them for a payoff. They provided a payoff amount Ag Direct Paid it... We had also put down first and last month's payment and paid for insurance on the equipment through them as they requested. Now over a year later they are suing us... and it has to be litigated in ********** with a bunch of attorneys who are just as shady as this company. We hired our own attorney, and I am making it my life's mission to get this company prosecuted and closed for their shady dealings. These people are a bunch of dishonest crooks who don't care who they step on to get a dollar. DO NOT USE THEM!!!! If someone claims they had a great experience with them then they are just as dishonest as the company or too dumb to know they got screwed!!!

    Cautionary Tale: My experience with *************** Bodies took an unexpected turn after dealing with their representative, **************************** Despite entering the purchase with an 800 credit score and sufficient cash to buy the truck outright, **** advised against using my cash and assured me there were no prepayment penalties with the loan.However, when I requested a payoff statement two months later, I was shocked to learn a couple of things: First, they insisted it wasn't a loan but an Equipment Financing Agreement. Second, they claimed not to charge interest but rather fees. To my surprise, they required 100% of those fees upfront if I wanted to pay off my "loan" after just two months.I was explicitly told I owed $111k to settle a two-month-old loan of around $66k. I escalated the issue to ***********************, their CEO, and unfortunately found him to be as untrustworthy and morally questionable as their sales rep ***** Proceed with caution.

    If I could give Partners ******* Group zero stars I would. I had an accident(that wasn't my fault) in my truck that I am currently leasing with them, and I asked for help or guidance while insurance responded. Parters ******* didn't even bother to call back. Please find your business somewhere. Don't use this company if you want to save you from a bad experience.
