    Law firm has not submitted correct documentation and represented me correctly in court. Law firm agreed to refund and has yet to send it. Holding me back to release me so I can talk to minors counsel in adoption process.

    They are Totally dishonest they take advantage of other peoples desparation I came to them desperate looking for help in my dependency matter even paid upfront a flate rate of 12 thousand up front for my services yet in the retainer the co tract is very one sided to favor them. Once retained and they had the money the delay in taking any action towads my case began no motions where being filed for over a month i hired them feb 9 and as ofnreal time nonome filed *** motions i had to file my pwn paper work nothing was being communicated to me It took them a over month just to substitute the attorney one month just to file this substitution and gather any discovery while they filed nothing else i would message them weekly for a case status with nothing to show or no new details. So I fired them I spoke to a *************************** CEO and told him the lack of initiative was an issue that I had spoken to my assigned attorney one time and no legal strategy was ever portrayed to me. So I ask for a refund ***** that's where the retainer comes to play it is so ome sided to favor them that my flat rate became variable charges that added to over ***** dollars all just for conversation details the very same retainer says I must do like email evidence to my attorney so On so forth yet there is a clause if I choose to.fire him they get to tax me at their discretion for weeks they give me the run around they tried to ******* me to stay yet what they didn't tell me is all those emails back and forth between us all those messages where going to be charged on my final invoice. I just received My final bill it is over ****** dollars i am being charged for representations that have not even occured and ridiculous things. It is evident that invoce was created to get close to the 12 thousand i paid so they won't refund me Any money full of crazy charges like called to intoduce my self to client for over 300 dollars. I want my money back these people enrich themselves out of others desperation.

    Regarding ****************** specific case, we understand that he has also filed an arbitration request with the ************** County. We have been transparent with ************** in our previous communications, explaining that our billing is based on the actual hours worked on his case. This approach ensures fairness and accuracy in billing, reflecting the time and effort dedicated to his legal matters.

    MCM LAW GROUP TOOK MY MONEY THE LAWYER WAS PAID TO HELP ME GET MY GRANDCHILDREN FROM CPS I PAID THIS COMPANY **** AND WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF BEING IGNORED I DECIDED TO NO LONGER WORK WITH MCM LAW GROUP AND WANTED A REFUND THIS COMPANY TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET ME TO CHANGE MY MIND I DECLINED AND WANTED NO PARTS AND ASKED AGAIN TO BE REFUNDED THEY TOOK **** OF THE DOWN PAYMENT AND HAVE NOT DONE ANYTHING BUT FILE A DOCUMENT THAT WAS VERY USLESS AND DIDN'T MAKE ANY SENSE TO FILE I WAS SENT A INVOICE WITH OUTRAGEOUS FEE CHARGES AND SERVICES I DIDN'T GET FROM MCM LAW GROUP I NEED HELP RESOLVING THIS MATTER I WAS ALSO TOLD I HAD AN ************************************************** I FEEL TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AND I FEEL LIKE THEY STOLE MY MONEY CAN BBB PLEASE HELP ME OUT
