      Homeowner's insurance company has delayed repairs on home that had water damage due to a monsoon dating back to July 23, 2021. We are still living in a home without a full bathroom, missing walls, ceilings and fixtures. Insurance company does not respond to emails, phone calls or letters. We have cooperated and provided EVERYTHING the insurance company has asked for, but we cannot get resolution.

      8 months ago my house flooded. I went straight to the insurance company. I have been back and forth. My family has been displaced and i have not had any resolution on this. I want this claim to done with. Not only has the company told me they dropped me as a customer i feel like this has had a big impact on my family and i feel like i have been retaliated against because of this. I am a customer since **** and have never filed a claim before. This is the worst experience i have ever gone through and I dont feel like i am going to ever get help from this company.

      I placed my claim over a month ago when my hot water heater flooded the storage space. The very first thing the adjuster said to me was that he was going to deny my claim... This is my first claim with a Home Owners Insurance company and not knowing the ins and outs, it is very difficult to navigate. Horrible customer service. As with many of the other complaints, I cannot get an insurance adjuster from First American Property & Casualty Group to call me back. I have reached out to his manager with no response either. My contractor has attempted to contact the adjuster also with no response. Why do I pay home owners insurance to get the runaround when something goes wrong?

      We created a claim for our roof to be fixed and per instructed by our insurance adjuster we sent an email with the receipt and what was paid to the roofing company. Weve left multiple voicemails and multiple emails and weve had no response in the last month in a half. We are owed for the portion that we paid since roofers wanted 100% of charge up front.

      I have submitted a claim for water damage that resulted from a broken pipe under my home. My contractor has completed remediation work and is ready to begin repairs, but First American has been almost entirely unresponsive to calls and emails about the status of my claim. Both my contractor and I have made numerous attempts to contact the company over the past 30 plus days. Because of the damage my house is not able to be occupied and my living expenses continue to add up without any compensation. I would like to receive some communication for this company regarding my claim so my family can get back into our home.

      I filed a claim in April for the contents of my freezer thawing completely. I heard back about a month later saying my claim was denied.I called the agent in charge of my case and she told me it was denied because they couldnt never reach the building manager to ask her questions. She(*************************) told me once she spoke to my property manager she would confirm if its a covered event. My property manager reached back out conversed with *************, gave her the required info and Ive never heard back from the insurance company. It has been months, Ive called, reached no one, left several voicemails and have emailed several times to no avail. I would like to know are they going to cover this event after speaking with the property manager.

      I filled a case for termite damage to my bed on May 27th. *********************** told me after reading my policy there is a 250$ deductible and I should receive a check Wednesday in mail! Ever since my calls gets declined! Ive sent mails and voicemails but its seems like theyre are playing with me! Now after month and a half of me talking to his managers and different phone numbers he finally answered my phone and told me (termites are not part of your policy)!!! I even have an email from him sayin I apologize for the wait our phones were down I dont know what took so long Im working on your check and will be send soon!!!! Just lies after lies for almost two months to tell me its not part of my policy! I was given a false promise and lied to! On top of that business does not seems legit at all!

      This is my home insurance that I have paid since I purchased my home. I have never used it. We had very bad wind and rain storms that stripped parts of my roof to the bare wood and caused rain damage and leaking in 2 rooms so far. I have called them since Feb 24th. I was told an adjuster would call me back several times from their (new claims) department. No one called. The only way I got the adjusters name and telephone number was with the broker that is listed on my homeowners policy renewal declaration. I spoke with ***************************** 1 ********* had an inspector come out that was throwing down even more shingles. Could never get him to call back. Called back the customer service many times. Then they told me that *************************** was the new adjuster. Called him multiple times - never a call back. Had to call customer service again and waited on hold for over an hour and got hung up on. Had to call back several times again. Was told by customer service supervisor Daisy that *********************** was my new adjuster and promised that he would call me back that day (March 16) She also gave me the name ***************************** as manager ************ #2 ***************. She also promised me I would hear from them by 5pm PST. I waited by the phone and again, no callback. I called them all today again nd have gone straight to voicemail. Since February 22 we have had multiple wind and rain storms. This is causing even more damage to my home! I can see and smell the water/ mildew that is coming through my roof! I have left this on every voicemail that I have had since February!!!!!! I am getting mold in my house!

      I first put a complaint in on April 5, 2021. On February 23, we experienced water damage to our Kitchen. The first adjuster was easy to talk to and get in touch with but he has either left or been fired from the position. We weren't able to get in touch with anyone for weeks. When we finally talked to someone we had a new adjuster. SPoke to him once then never again for a couple of weeks. Our claim was not been completed. When I put the first complaint in on April 5th, a case manager called me the very next day. They confirmed some things that needed to be paid for to be fixed sent a check. But now there are two more things that need to be done and we are also still waiting on our food reimbursement check that they have had all information about since May 7th. I need help getting someone to return my calls and emails again. I have tried calling and emailing but the adjuster and her manager and no one to respond yet again. First Complaint ***********
