They can spend as little as 10 minutes, and their "work" doesn't even help let alone solve the problem. When you attempt to ask questions to understand what is wrong with your roof or share your experience of them as unhelpful, they will blame you. Further, when you express you are willing to pay a fair market amount for the work that was done, they threaten to send you to collections.

The leakage was attributed to nails protruding due to foot traffic, presumably from your solar panel installation, causing shingles to lift and become vulnerable to further damage.Following the service, you contacted us on January 24th, ****, disputing both the duration of our visit and the persistence of the leak. Despite our records confirming a 45-minute service call, you expressed a desire to pay only a fraction of the agreed fee.
