    I am in the same boat. I ordered a pack of ***** collagen chews once in January for 100 some odd dollars. I get charged in FEB ***** for a subscription no product is sent. I contact customer service via email as there is no phone number available. After jumping through hoops having to send proof of charge on my bank account a couple weeks later the refund was issued with a gaurantee that it won't happen again. Needless to say they have continued to charge my account each month up until this month of June even though they guarantee every single month that my information has been removed. It looks like I am going to have to have my lawyer go after them as this is above and beyond less that professional...I think they hope people don't notice so they can rip you off. DO NOT ORDERV FROM **************** THEY WILL CONTINUE TO STEAL MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT!!!!!!

    I ordered a one-time trial from pet expertise for collagen chews on April 15th. ************************************************************************* my initial order, I noted that I just want the trial and not to be put on a monthly billing subscription. I received a bill on May 15th 2024 being charged through PayPal for $29.97. I also noticed that there's going to be an upcoming charge in June 2024 for $29.97. I contacted Pet Expertise. Even though they have two email addresses that I provided they cannot find my order, but yet I'm still being billed for $29.97 per month. I got nowhere with their customer service. So I'm reaching out to PayPal to dispute the charge. I recommend do not use this company! They've been billing me and I have received no products to date.

    Will not do business with them anymore. Took over a month to get order. Sent second order to wrong address. Did not respond to several email or text I sent. Will not refund my money for two orders that are at an address I wont be back to for several months and are sitting in the snow at my gate, I guess. Dont know for sure! Live in the country so no neighbors to have check.

    I put in an order on 11/12 for a custom harness with the expected production time of 4-6 weeks. After not hearing from the company for nearly 7 weeks I emailed support for an update on 12/28 which they promptly responded the next day that they were "awaiting tracking information" from their supplier and that they would provide me with an update shortly. I proceeded to wait until 1/10 to email support once again where today I was advised that their "manufacturer is asking if [I] can please remeasure the neck" of my dog as a measurement seemed off in comparison to my dog's weight. The odd measurement is my bad but I am baffled why it took them this long to tell me the measurement seemed off and needed to be redone. This is nearly 9 weeks out from when my order was originally placed and way out of the 4-6 week range they provided. I was hoping my money was not wasted but it was, sadly. These people are a total scam, avoid them.

    I wish there was a negative 10 rating. I ordered a "collagen chew" on November 6th. It is now December 9th and I have not heard anything from these crooks, yet they keep advertising all over social media. I asked for a refund but never hear from them. I would never feed my dog anything that takes this long to arrive. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a muzzle for my dog and it took weeks longer than they said it would to arrive so I ended up getting one from another company. When the Petexpertise one finally arrived, I returned it and it has been months and I still dont have my refund. Terrible business practice.
