  As a former law enforcement officer I am well aware of scam artists taking advantage of people who are vulnerable or desperate for financial relief. With that in mind, I was very skeptical that I would be able to sell my property through a cash direct buyer but I decided to explore it as a potential option for a property that I owned in *************. I did a search using a well regarded AI search engine and asked it to search Southern California for legitimate cash buyers who have a solid track record and are highly reviewed. The search results pointed me to **************************. I looked them up through multiple outlets and found them to be a legitimate company but I was still wary. Nevertheless, I called them and explained my situation. They took down my information and asked a series of questions to familiarize themselves with the property. The process was smooth, friendly and painless. The following day **** came to the house and did a quick walk through and took a few photos. I found him to be easy going, straightforward and trustworthy. Before leaving he updated me on the process and said he would have an offer for me later that day. That afternoon **** called me. We discussed my asking price and he ultimately agreed to that price. From there, I signed a purchase agreement, and a few days later I signed escrow papers. From there, I was contacted by their *********** Coordinator, *****. He kept me up to date on the process and ensured I was informed every step of the way. In fact, he was so good with communicating with me, that I never once had to call him.I dont know how reliable other companies may be, but I can say that ************************** is a quality company, with great customer service and honest employees who do exactly what they say they will do. If I had to go through this process again, they would be my first call.

  **** and his team specifically, *************** were fantastic to work with! **** and his team went out of their way to make my selling experience stress free and seamless from start to finish with a very fair offer, no games and no low balling.   I know **** and his team and i can't say enough positive things about them. The staff is incredibly friendly and approachable, readily available to answer questions and provide assistance, this team is a great choice for home service needs.

  **** Medina Buys House was wonderful. **** went above and beyond to help me thru the process. **** was up front, honest and compassionate. He and his team kept us informed at each step along the way. The process was quick and smooth. Would not hesitate to use John Medina Buys Houses again.

  Working with **** Medina was great. They took care of everything for me. They had the house sold twice. The first one fell through. The second one went through,but we had alot of problems with the buyers attorney. ***** took care of everything with my attorney, and the buyers attorney. I would recommend **** Medina to anyone who wants to quickly sell their home.
