    i purchased an item from this company and paid using my card on Sept 6, 2021. have not received the item or any communication from this company about the item. Have tried to contact them but no answer or phone number to contact have tried to communicate thur their web site but does not work,. They have been paid and no product received. the online store that they indicated was online store # ****** the order ID number that was given to me on the invoice was **************** the amount that was paid is $155.17 usd on my card account it shows merchant information of *************, CA

    Purchase 9 29 2021 receipt 11 10 2021. This tea cart came with no English instructions only Chinese I assembled it by the diagram there was a problem with two doors on one of the shelves that I could not attach. Also the top of the cart I could not assemble without instruction the quality was very disappointing I paid $255.45 and I would like that back as a refund I've been asking for a label I've asked at least 10 times so I can send it back to them I keep getting the runaround the merchant knows about the problem and the transaction number is8138781843907449 I'm sending you a picture of the item and the detailed letter that I sent the merchants and to AliExpress dispute forum

    On October 27 2021 I placed an order as gifts I had sent to my brother through Ali Express J.B.L. Stores. I ordered 2 black and 3 blue JBL Boombox Radios. On 11-9-21 we received 2 black and today we received 1 out of the 3 blue boxes and they are all counterfeit they say Boomsbox not Boombox, they are extremely small in size and don't connect to bluetooth. I'm have copies of my invoice, a screenshot of the items on the website, pictures of what I received and a side by side picture of the size difference next to an authentic Boombox. I am a victim of fraud and would like a full refund of $232.17.

    11/06/21 Bought an item and they didnt list my shipping information and the process to contact the seller is a broken feature which i talked to an agent about and they said they would fix the problem or inform the shipper and they never answered me and refuse to communicate now

    Some person or persons used my bank card number to purchase about $300 worth of stuff from AliExpress. I have called customer services NUMEROUS TIMES and have not received a call back. All it allows you to do is leave a message. I just want my money back. They can't even return a phone call!! These charges WERE NOT ME. I can't even plead my case with them because they will not return a call.

    I placed an order for a watch bezel/bracelet on 11/6/21 from seller "Jeraland". The purchase price was $81.32. Today I received a package and found that the product was not in the packaging and I had received an empty box. I contacted the seller immediately who asked me to cancel the dispute that I had opened and then on he would refund the money. I cancelled the dispute only to have the seller tell me to contact them again in 15 days and then they will issue a refund with no valid explanation. I then reopened the dispute and the seller has not stopped messaging me through the Ali Express app telling me to take down my review and cancel the dispute. It is now 11PM and for the past 2 hours the seller has been messaging me. I have attached photos of the package as well as the messages exchanged back and forth. At this moment they have my money and I have an empty box.

    AliExpress hacked into my cash app account and took advantage of the fact that I had money in my cash app balance, which was $305 at the time. A transaction for $270.52 was successful. They also tried another 2 times to take money from me. I never ordered anything with this company so I dont have a tracking or order number so its hard to receive help on an order that does not exist. I am seeking my money back as resolution since this was a fradulent, unauthorized charge.

    Aliexpress agreed to refund me and it has been 3 months. I will paste the email in at the end of this paragraph. I have since contacted them 3 times. Two of the times they tried to say they sent the money, but the status says pending on the aliexpress site and furthermore, Paypal says obviously, if they sent the money and it never got to me, aliexpress's customer, then ********************** needs to track their refund. However , it was never sent and Paypal has concurred this. Here is the email sent to me from aliexpress telling me that over 3 months ago they were going to issue a refund.     Ok August 17, 2021 I had placed a purchase through AliExpress for 2 customes. Both costumes were extremely small and did not fit. I attempted to get the items returned to repurchase in different sizes. AliExpress failed to inform me when the decisions were made on my return requests and only allowed a few day window to obtain and print the return slip. I reached out to the merchant who was unable to help me. The websites help menus are not in English or were not applicable to the problem. They denied my dispute through my bank and I now have two worthless low quality costumes that I cant make use of. If a return label would be provided I would return the costumes but now I want my money back to purchase through a different supplier as I do not trust AliExpress to make this right on their own.

    This company not only allows smaller companies to scam people out of there money but they also have no way of contact on the website to speak to a representative. The site says they “step in” to solve disputes but they don’t review the evidence you provide them with. I had two text messages from one of the smaller companies they support stating that they were sorry they provided a false tracking number the first time and the second time saying they were sorry they had an issue with a package they said was delivered. I still have not gotten my refund and aliexpress does not offer a phone number to speak with a live representative, the only option is a robot that is inefficient in solving customer issues.
