      An Le is extremely professional. He really exceeded all expectations, was timely, very patient, and answered all the questions that I had. I can honestly say that An is the best where to ********** mortgage loan that you need, the most ethical and reasonable loan officer that I have worked with so far. I highly recommend him!

      We have had an absolutely horrific experience with Loan Factory. The Loan Officer completely missed a critical and obvious qualification factor which caused major complications and delays throughout the process. When the issue was brought to the attention of upper management there was little ownership in bringing resolution. It is very clear that they only look out for their best interest and not the parties involved in the loan transaction. I would NEVER recommend Loan Factory to anyone I care about. Beware and stay away!

      I am so thankful for Loan Factory and especially its staff Celia Than and Nancy ******! They were so helpful and so patience in helping me with my complicated situation and guided me with the best option for my rental property loan. As of now I've done 18 total real estate loans with Loan Factory and was so thankful that they're now expanding their service to be the lender themselves making the loan process so much easier and so much more convenient as well as fast approval process as well as the underwriting. Thank you for expanding your services. If I need mortgages again I will definitely go with Loan Factory with no doubt, especially with Nancy and Celia (to think about it, these guys quickly responded to my questions/concerns even when I've messaged them late in the evening!!! Thank you!).

      Yen, Tien and the team had helped streamline the loan process from pre-approval to closing the loan such stress-free experience for me. I'd highly recommend this office to anyone for all mortgage loan needs. 5 stars service!
