My account was activated, then blocked, then activated again and my listing went live, then shortly after i was blocked again for violating term of use? I kept asking what exactly i violated because it's prob some innocent faux pas versus a serial crime I'm committing. The customer support would not tell me why and simply blocked it without further explanation. Do you really expect me to be able to parse your entire terms of use... without a law degree?? Can you please offer an explanation so i can make necessary changes?Zumper Response

I just want to delete my rental information. I have sent them many emails but they have not solved my problem. So far, other websites and mutually reprinted websites have deleted my rental information and pictures, except their website padmapper. and zumper haven't deleted any of my rental information so far, and they don't accept phone service.Zumper Response

Not good. Posted, but was flagged using your rules provided by your staff to me in an email. I couldn't figure out what was going on. I then get an email saying that I violated their policy... just like ************ listed below my post in here. What the heck? I did EXACTLY what the email sent by your staff told me to do. Yes, I've jumped through hoops, climbed mountains, went skydiving .. ***************. Very disappointed as I really need to use your platform. If I could give zero stars I would. It's ridiculous to try and communicate with anyone at this organization. I have a legit rental and I've had to jump through so many hoops multiple times to try and list my property. I get different people responding via email who have not read the previous emails and finally was told "I have violated their policy" but have not idea what that means or how to rectify the issue. This company should just call it quits - It's so bad.Zumper Response

It looked promising, but my account verification phone SMS never arrived. After a lengthy email exchange where I provided copy of ID and several proofs of being the apartment owner they just said that my account violates their terms of use without any specifics. Doesn't stop them from sending me their junk emails.Zumper Response

If I could 0 stars I would. I wanted to add a listing for a property and asked to verify with confidential information in order to be approved . I send them my drivers license and they denied me. Without giving any sort of explanation as to why they simply decided to deny me all together and no longer have access to that account. I never posted anything AND I gave them my drivers license. I dont have a criminal record either. Please find another website to search or list your properties. Theyre a scam.Review from Elizabeth G

Terrible company. Found iit impossible to advertise with them.Provided passport, drivers license and sale agreement and still cant figure out why we couldnt upload our townhome.Tried to communicate on. Number of occasions work customer service. No resolution. Honestly terrible and lately many one star reviews.Zumper Response
