They are all nice and friendly until its time to move out. The last month is manual, and if you do not read the fine print in the contract, you'll will miss it and get charged a late fee. EVEN IF EVERY PAYMENT FOR THE PAST YEAR WAS ON TIME. Credit is not a thing with them. Do not plan on getting your deposit back as they charge you a mandatory $160 cleaning fee. Fine. What I was upset about was that they also surprised me and my roommates with a $190 painting fee, in which no one ever consulted us about. Nothing in our unit was in need of that heavy of a painting fine. A few touch ups at MOST. So that was a robbery in and of itself. And then they added a mattress removal fee of $50! No mattress was removed from our unit. The corporation has yet to get back to me and help me with this. Because THEY DON'T CARE about you. They want your money. Their units are $5000 a month for 2 bedrooms and none of the "luxurious amenities" even work throughout the building. I am specifically talking about 1010 Potrero. By definition, this is a great business because they make all of their money and compensate nothing. The extra fees pile on. You become the victim of a capitalistic entity and you cannot do anything about it. Good for America, bad for the people. You are deceivers and thieves. I hope its worth it, for now.
