    HORRIBLE customerservice,everything is done by email, no phone number to call. When you email them, you don't get the answers your looking for. You get 4 different people answering you, and none bother to read what the other person has written. Eventhough my responses have been to reply all. Responses are not helpful no information on when something will be finalized with your problem. NEVER use this company!!!! THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT company.

    I had two deaths in my family. I tried to push my last payment back for 3 days. They denied me and then dropped my credit limit to *****. I closed the account. This is how they do people that are already at there lowest point.

    I order something from ****'s Sporting Goods but had to return the items. I returned them to a store and was advised that the refund would go through AfterPay. I waited two weeks to see if AfterPay would reflect the return for the order however it was never changed. I contacted the merchant as ask them to send me an email confirming that I returned the items. I contact AfterPay to inform them that the order was returned and even attached a copy of the email that I received from the merchant. I have not heard anything from AfterPay after sending multiple request on their website. This is unacceptable and the fact that there is no customer service number available to call and speak with someone makes thing worse.

    This business should be shut down. I placed an order with a merchant who doesn't respond. They confirmed and order never sent it and afterpay doesn't do anything about it. Even when you file a dispute goods never recieved they expect the merchant to respond to the refund. But merchant is unresponsive. So you are in lingo paying afterpay for something you'll never receive. They don't stop payments......!! A true scam website and allows scammer merchants. Beware of shopify shops!!

    Ive only used Afterpay, twice. The first time went smooth. I kept the product. The second time I returned the merchandise. Thankfully I paid only the first payment, I return the merchandise right away. Long story short, i purchased from Dillards, they charged for returns, I got it. Ended up, not receiving my payment minus the delivery fee. So I took a loss. Buyers beware. It wasnt about the amount, the principal. I will never use this platform again:( ********

    They are a scam and I would give it negative 5 stars. First of all I did not request to use Afterpay. It was automatic. I cancelled my order after first payment was deducted. They cancelled the order and issued a "credit" along with another debit that cancelled each other out. This still leaves the first charge that they claim was credited. They refer to the credit issued but denies there was another debit. It IS on my bank account. Please shut down this "company".

    It got worst even though I used for years and at one point they had me thinking like they where the best they where but there Judge mental and will decrease your account and even close it after you make payment thru there In house collection company thats called in debt beware of this company and ways they take for ever to respond there is no way to contact them only thru emails no live customer service I will go to the attorney general next I have already started my journey but beware and dont fall in to the trap . **************** is beyond terrible

    Afterpay took $153 off my credit card for the first payment of the transaction with the merchant. That was 4 days ago. I spent multiple hours on the phone with the merchant who states they have ZERO records from Afterpay of any transactions, payments, agreements or credit card payments with Afterpay. The merchant states Afterpay sent a message stating the payment was declined (which is a SCAM!) My credit card shows it was paid and so does the Afterpay site. The merchant gave me a number to Afterpay and said they have to correct it. I called the number for Afterpay and it is an auto recording where Afterpay states they don't offer service by phone anymore, so you can't talk to someone when they steal your money and refuse to give it back. Afterpay now replied to my online concern with emails twice saying the same thing, telling me the merchant needs to correct it. The merchant repeatedly states they have ZERO from Afterpay so there is nothing to correct, that if Afterpay has money from my card they need to correct it. This is credit card FRAUD, online theft, and a scam!! The merchant doesn't have my payment or any history of payment as Afterpay told them it did not process, so there is no transaction with the merchant. What a headache!! I will never use this again and now I need to call my credit card to report this theft and fraud, as I have zero products/services, and Afterpay is taking my money and plans on taking over $400 more, in total over $600 for no items/services. Afterpay needs to be required to contact the merchant and correct these issues immediately and stop telling me the consumer to tell a merchant to refund money that the merchant never received from Afterpay. The SEC needs to start investigating, as I was leaving reviews I see multiple same reviews as mine. Why is this fraud continuing of stealing our money??

    I placed and order with Chewy for my dogs birthday. Almost a $90 order. Afterpay accepted it. Chewy had issues processing it and had me confirm my information 3 times within a week before declining the payment. They never sent the order. Once they declined the payment I cancelled the order. I was told by Chewy I would not receive a refund because they never took the payment. However when I didnt receive a refund from Afterpay I reached out and was told (2 days after I reached out) that in this circumstance I would be receiving a refund from Chewy and to wait until today (almost a week after reaching out) for them to return the funds. Well here we are and they have still not refunded me or even sent an email telling me I will be refunded. My down payment was $25 and another $25 is due in just a week. Yes, for an order I never received. They also told me to follow steps on Afterpay by reporting that I cancelled it and I did but all it did was push the due date back to give the refund time to process. Afterpay is trying to brush it off. I feel as if they are trying to steal my money. Your hard pressed to get them to give a c*** about you or your money. Terrible customer service. Still waiting on your response Afterpay. My dogs very first birthday came and went and she didnt get her gifts because I trusted Afterpay. If this situation is not resolved soon I will be cancelling my account as well as taking this to social media. There are too many reviews on here very similar to mine. Stop taking advantage of people if you want anyone to continue using your service. And I see you replying to others comments with smart a** answers. Its not funny, and it doesnt help you. Maybe use that time to actually help your customers. Everyone making a comment about your company needs help because we are actual people who use your service for convenience and not to be absolutely s*** on. Do better.
