              I returned item and have not been refunded for them. I have contacted the company several times, and I have not received my money back yet. it's been 3 weeks now. I was want to cancel my subscription with them, but for some reason, I can't log in. they deactivated my account. please help me get my money back

              I liked the service. Had it for a few months. The user experience and stylist help was great. Kept a couple of pieces. But when I decided to cancel my subscription it became difficult. The *** section has a "Cancel my subscription" option but it takes you to the scheduling page... My best guess is that you can't actually cancel your subscription you can only switch to "order on demand" which stops the subscription from automatically sending a new box. But doesn't actually cancel your subscription.
