    My first experience with this company was horrible. Which, is super unfortunate because I was extremely excited to get my bamboo sheet *********** cover. To start, my order said it was going to be received by the 14th of April, the 14th of April came & it wasnt even shipped once I got in touch with someone it was shipped. I open my ********** pillow cases were missing from my sheet set. I clear it up with ************** say they are going to send me them. THEN I wash all the bedding & Im putting it on the bedI could not get the duvet cover to fit my bed THEY SENT ME THE WRONG SIZE. Then I reach out another customer service ********** request not only a picture of the literal tag that says FULL/QUEEN on it with the company logo. They want me to sent measurements of the freakin duvet cover. I send them then they want a whole picture of the duvet with the tape measure fully showing the whole cover. Finally, she says that they approved my ************** are going to send me a return label for all the ************ will refund me? I DONT WANT A REFUND I WANT MY KING SIZE DUVET?! I mean this is absolutely INSANE. I spend $300+ on bedding & this is what I get? I gave 2 stars because at the end of the day this bedding felt absolutely amazing.which is why I dont want a refund & just want what I ordered. Normally with this kind of service Id go elsewhere but I cant deny the fact that the bedding was incredibly soft & comfy feeling lol.

    ************ coffee maker looks nice but comes with absolutely not a word about usage, size, care, return policy, or anything else, Ive never seen such a lack of information on any product. When they are asked about it, they send a link to a ******* video from a different manufacturer. Which of course tells you nothing about this product or how many cups to coffee scoops etc nor best way to wash it. Very disappointing!

    The return process is lengthy. Waiting for 15 business days after the return is received to refund the customer is unreasonable. I am currently waiting for refunds for two returns in the amount of $402.80. If you are unsure of the items on the website, please do not purchase to avoid the hassle of their return policy. Holding on to someone funds after the item is in your possession is defined as theft and fraud.

    I LOVE QUINCE and every item I have ever ordered from them has exceeded my expectations. The prices cant be beat and the quality is amazing . I am so surprised to read the complaints on here because I have ordered and returned quite a few times and it couldnt have been easier. Always a smooth process and quick shipments. I just received 3 pair of the $50 jeans in different colors and by far they are the BEST fitting jeans Ive ever owned! I will never buy $175 jeans ever again. I also love the fact that they offer cotton sweaters and tops. I have recommended Quince to all my friends and family. Super happy with this company.

    I have been a loyal customer and have enjoyed shopping with Quince, but I am extremely frustrated with the refund process and the lack of customer support.
    On a previous order, I returned an item and was supposed to receive a refund to my credit card. However, instead of a refund, I was issued store credit—despite receiving an email confirming that my credit card had been refunded. I attempted to reach customer service multiple times but received no response. After several unsuccessful attempts, I gave up and decided to use the credit towards another purchase.
    Unfortunately, the new items did not work out, so I returned them as well. This time, I received an email stating that my refund would be processed back to my credit card. However, instead of receiving the full amount of $190, I only received $16.19. Once again, I attempted to contact customer service but wasn’t successful.
    I’m going to work with my bank to resolve this issue. I will not be ordering from them again. Not worth the trouble.

    horrible they have somehow lost two packages and I will never order from them again. they told me I should wait to receive my order but this is the second time my tracking has not updated and the shipping carrier hasnt received my package. So how exactly does that work Quince?

    Worst experience ever! I was a first-time shopper at ******, a disaster from start to finish. First, they shipped my order to the incorrect address. The items were returned to sender, but I was never notified, so I continued to wait a week for my order.Customer service was a nightmarethe phone number was non-existent, and dealing with the chat was brutally painful. Despite the portal showing my items as delivered, I never received anything. I even had to call **** to dispute the charge.I will never shop here again. Unacceptable service, misleading tracking information, and horrible customer support. Do yourself a favor and avoid Quince.

Unfortunately, when we were made aware of the situation, there was an error on our end regarding the replacement order we set up, as we only processed replacements for 2 out of the 4 items.     ******. I have been unable to return an item. I will NEVER EVER buy anything from this store. They are trying hard to go out of business. This was actually my third item bought. I didn't need to return anything before. The sweater I am trying to return is sooooo large.

    I have purchased many quince products and have followed their return policy to a tee. Recently I purchased 2 skirts, and they did not fit, when I went to return them, I was told that they were final sale. Although, I did not note that when checking out, it is not in my email that I received when I purchased them, nor in my account log. The skirts are still available on their website, with no identication that they are final sale... I even asked for instore credit but was told no. I will not be shopping with this company any longer.

    I had an odd experience regarding a return with Quince. They sent me the wrong item, and I had to jump through hoops to initiate the return. This includes sending a PHOTO of the wrong item. Also, their sizing is inconsistent. I bought two pairs of their ponte pants that are supposed to be the same length, and they are about 2 inches different.
