    I placed an order online in August and due to time constraints I wasnt able to use the products until recently. Upon plugging in the curing light I found that the ** lights would not light up, it was defective. I had never used the light. I contacted the company to request a replacement. I was told it was past the 90 day return period and that I could simply purchase a new light, the representative even bragged that many improvements had been made since my purchase. I asked to escalate to a manager and received another email stating the same with the additional statement that online customers automatically accept the return policy. I would prefer a replacement so I can use the polish I purchased. Below are the emails I received. First email:Hi ******,Thank you for reaching out! Unfortunately, we can no longer replace nor refund this order because it is past our 90-day service period. Nailboo has made huge improvements to the products since then and is still loved by many today, that's why we are still in business and continuously growing. Should you give our kits another chance, feel free to place a new order and get back to us with your order number. We'll be happy to give a huge discount. am sorry I can't be of any help at this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Have a lovely day!Second email:Hi ******,Thank you for sending me this photo!I'm so sorry, but I have reviewed your order #****** and found that it was delivered on August 21, 2023. Our team won't approve our replacement request for this anymore because it is past our 90-day service period.By purchasing from our website, our customers understand and agree with the refund policy. I've gone ahead and pasted the link for your reference on our refund policy.********************************************************* However, we can give you the code WE-SRY35 for a 35% discount on your next order.If you have any other questions please let me know.

    You can't speak to anyone when you call. They do not reply to emails. You can NOT ever return this product.

    Upon thorough review, we found an account with the same name and email address, but no corresponding email in the system.Also, the said transaction was reported to be completed and the order was delivered to its destination via USPS.We request the customer to please reach out via email or through our social media accounts and we will try to do everything we can within our capacity to provide the necessary action needed to resolve the concern.
