1 starI had to make a last minute booking to attend a funeral and the listing was $68 and it was stated that there are NO additional fees & charges. Once I paid around $73 for the reservation I noticed at the very bottom of Super Travels confirmation they had a notice that this particular hotel would REQUIRE $300 security deposit in order to check in. Upon attempting to check in the manager tells me in order to check in I they REQUIRED a $220 refundable security deposit as well as $80 NON-REFUNDABLE cleaning FEE. I explained to the manager that my reservation states NO additional fees and they say to contact super travel because thats incorrect. Upon calling Super Travel I was informed that the reservation was not able to be cancelled but for a one time courtesy I could get a full refund ,but that I would have to contact the manager of the hotel and convince the manager to approve the refund. It clearly states there are NO additional fees, but there is a possibility of a security deposit. I explained that I was not concerned with the security deposit, but instead with the non refundable fee of $80 for cleaning. I called the hotel again and the manager once again said they were not at fault and they also confirmed the super travel agent had not even attempted contacting them at all regarding the reservation. I called back to super travel a third time and the support rep acted as if I had not contacted them at all and was refusing to refund the payment leaving me with nowhere to stay for the night. This company is only operating to take their commission and send anyone with issues on a cycle of hoops to jump through that is seemingly never ending , probably hoping that I would give up getting the refund. I am capable of reading and it CLEARLY STATES there will be NO additional fees as the stay was already paid for 100% So the fault is on Super Travel without doubt and I have still yet to receive a call back from the supposed manager working on my case. DO NOT BOOK HERE!

SuperTravel displays the room rate and then the additional hotel fees are in the "About" section of the hotel card, both pre-booking and in the customer's voucher post-booking. This is separate because they are not charged by us but rather mandatory payments to be made directly to the property and at their sole discretion. 5 starsThis hotel reservation booking site has been great. I have used this site and now I have the app to book my 3 past hotel stays within the past month. In total 3 reservation all the lowest pricing on my ****** lowest price finder as well as the site rewarding me with coupon savings after each stay to put towards my best hotel reservation. The coupon brought the best rate found compared to Expedia and so on even lower than which blessed me with much needed savings to feed my children now that I got the roof over their heads covered. Yes, we are now homeless because I lost my job and I'm waiting tables to pay for weekly hotel stays for which super travel has helped me and my family be able to afford a warm place to lay our heads and my daughter not be scared of not having a bed to sleep in. Thank you super travel for the savings these past 3 weeks as well as the 10 percent coupons. I hope I am able to find a room this coming payday on Friday after Thanksgiving with a great affordable price again. Please don't change your coupon offerings. It helps me keep my family warm and bathed each week and I will continue to book with you guys until we find a home of our own again. Thanks for being a great site with affordable rates for same hotels without gouging people in need like me. I recommend to anyone to use super travel for best rate and easy booking process and if your homeless like my family they come up like 100 to ****** cheaper each week compared the other sites who are out to rob you and take advantage like Priceline, Expedia and travelocity. 2 starsI think its very suspicious that the company asks for a review on the better business bureau website instead of their own. I personally had no issues but I would not trust the five star reviews based on this practice. Usually companies do this to drown out legitimate complaints. Ill avoid this app in the future now that Ive seen its shady business practices.Super.com

5 starsThis place was ************. It is an old ********************* that has been completely remodeled with all the modern amenities, is very clean and run by a very friendly and competent staff. The grounds are spotless, it has a beautiful pool and playground for kids, a dog walk and easy access to I-95. The full breakfast bar has great variety, it has a nice fitness room and if you want to run, there are sidewalks all the way to ************ along route 16. 1 starMy uncle who is elderly reserved is flights for ***** thru super travel. The agent has been very unprofessional the entire time. We were working with a production company and had asked to change the date of travel possibly asking what the price difference would be the travel agent canceled our flight then wants to change us an extra$775.00 to give us back or flight that we had already booked. Then she changed the return dates and had called my phone atleast 15x everyday. She even started calling the production crew 15x a day. She was very rude on the phone yelling and hanging up on us. There has got to be someone better to travel with than super travel. We have used them for years but never again.Super.com
