I felt that I was receiving unjust treatment, but after reading these reviews, I see that Taskrabbit should be held accountable for its negligence. As such, we should come together to file a class action lawsuit. I hired a ****** on February 29th to assist me relocate, and while he was doing so, he smashed many things and wasted time in an attempt to be paid more. I informed the claims staff, and they will pretend to take responsibility and help you, but it's all part of their game. They informed me that I had until March 15th to file this claim, so I got started on March 1st. They instructed me to provide a detailed explanation of the situation, write an itemized list, and upload various documents, photos, and videos, all of which I did. However, what I received were repetitive emails that seemed to ignore the information I provided and to keep copying and pasting the same sentences to waste my time. I will email them right away once I hear back from them, but they will email you the day after you reply to get closer to that deadline date. The frustrating part was they edited in a new bullet point in one of the emailssaying "Any original purchase receipts detailing the purchase price and date for the damaged item to include: Retailers information Purchase price and date Itemized list of items purchased Purchaser information and payment method used after I given all the information they requested. I did all damaged items, but I don't have receipts for everything, and my bank statements only go as far back as 2021. For this reason, they essentially "disqualified me" claiming I don't have the paperwork needed to be compensated for my damages. Please keep in mind that even after I brought my damaged MacBook to their notice, they continued to disregard it despite the fact that I had the receipt and all the necessary documentation! and despite the fact that the damages exceeded $2000, issued me a pitiful $263 "courtesy offer".

I sent TaskRabibit several VIDEOs of me moving my item and the communication that the mover broke the odometer of my spin bike. I was OVERCHARGED twice by taskrabbbit, when disputed the amount Citibank. CITIBANK CLOSED AND BLOKED MY ACCOUNT. This caused an insane amount of stress. Taskrabbit Support (TaskRabbit Support)Feb 22, 2024, 11:18PM PST Hi,Thank you for taking my call earlier. As I stated ******** has now closed and banned me from banking with them in the future over this dispute.***** seems nice but overall, I am very unsatisfied and had to do a lot of the heavy lifting (technically half of the work). He broke part of my spin bike, and intentionally moved slow to add to the price.Once we got to my storage unit, he was not listening to how I needed things to be packed in the unit. He packed things in a real sloppy way. He specifically asked me to mark fragile boxes but still ended up stacking things on top of the fragile items smh.The very next day I went back to the storage unit (exhausted) and had to rearrange everything to make sure the fragile items didnt get broken. He ended up breaking my exercise bike and it really irritates me. I just replace a brake pad on it from wear and now the mechanical reading, ***** broke. (he broke and said he would replace to take his number). He called several times, but I did not answer because I needed to document things going forward. He begged me to not leave a negative review and I didnt, but I honestly will be contacting the better business bureau of this. It is insane to charge my card $469.00 and then my bank ended and restricting my account. This caused MAJOR issues, since I have to find another bank and am fighting to get the balance. Please give me a refund, this is highly inconvenient to me and has added a stress to my life.Thank you for your time. Please see the attached as support and help me get this resolved.N
