Thank you for your email.
In response to the last email you sent to our company, we would like to summarize the following:
Our invitation to participate in a live test for the games Bubble Popp, Bubble Speed and Fossil Fever was sent to you on 12/19/16 in ticket #2016121910006639 with a 2 week deadline. As we did not receive a response after 2 weeks we followed up (in a separate ticket #****************) and granted you an additional 2 weeks to complete our request. Unfortunately, after more than 4 weeks, we had to contact you again on the 01/**/17 informing you that the live test was not passed because we had neither received a response from you nor had we received any live test videos. As a result, we blocked your pending request to withdraw funds as well as access to your player account for security reasons. We hope that you understand and appreciate that, as an online platform offering games for real funds, the fairness of our platform is out utmost concern and aim.
We received first correspondence from you in #**************** on Jan 19, the day after your account was blocked (received from the same email address with which we had attempted to contact you). In the emails to follow we provided you with more information about our live test procedure and provided the opportunity to record your live test videos with a practice player account. Contact at this point had stopped until one month later. On the 05/**/17, you contacted us regarding a live test video which you had uploaded on the 0*******. After reviewing your video, we noticed that it did not completely meet given requirements, as discussed in the same ticket, and was submitted 4 months after our initial invitation was sent.
After reviewing this case, we would like to offer you a final opportunity to complete your live test and will provide you with a 3 week deadline. Note, that this is a goodwill gesture as we made deadlines in the past very clear. An extension of this deadline is not possible.
We kindly ask you consider the following when recording your videos:
- We must be able to identify you based on your ID. For this purpose we need a shot of your face next to your ID at the beginning of each video.
- Submit videos of you playing the games Bubble Popp, Bubble Speed and Fossil Fever, 2 videos of each game.
- Provide us with the username of your practice player account so that we can credit you with extra practice credits to complete this request
- Please ensure that you send us newly recorded videos (recorded after receiving this email)
We would be happy to send you the live test invitation again if you require our requirements again, alternatively please refer to our original live test invitation.
Until we have received the videos and verified these, we are unable to reactivate your main player account nor process any withdrawal of funds.
