      I tried to make a withdrawal and there was a glitch apparently and I never received the money. They then took the money despite me never receiving it. They have access to my Chase so they could see all of my transactions. I had to contact my bank twice already for them to give me my money back. Ive contacted Tilt to no avail. The person I spoke with twice said the team will get back to me and no one ever does. The person I spoke with also verified I never received the money but fools do nothing about it.

      Good luck trying to get your money back from this company only has a measly 150 in auto save and have been trying to get my money back after closing account for over 6 months after providing all info asked of me i dont see how this can be legal there has been very difficult times where getting my own money back could have helped put food on the table but no just keep getting transferred to another department who never responds or sends me back my money image how you would feel if you had a large investment with these people if they dont even want to pay me my insignificant amount dont do business with these thieves at all cost

      when Empower had it i loved it i was borrowing 350 always paid back Tilt took over brought it down to 100 they did not take care of their older customers and the good ones too i think thry are as broke as we are ??????????Bye Tilt

      TILT WAS CHARGING MY HUSBAND $8/MONTH DESPITE HIS ACCOUNT BEING CANCELLED BACK IN SEPT 2023. ONCE WE FOUND OUT ABOUT, WE ONLY GOT CREDITED $24 AND NO HELP FROM THE AGENTS.

      Isn't responding to issues concerning logging in. I've sent at least four (4) communications to support desk within the last month and they have failed to respond to my concerns. I can't even log out of the app if I wanted to, because it wasn't and does not respond to credentials. Ever since it switched from EMPOWER it has incurred several glitches.

      i was charge for an amount im not aware of.. and i can not talk to anyone about it.. the customer service just keeps saying its ************ credit score dropped to 63 points to a line of credit that i did not really open.

      They continually lower my advance limit despite the fact that I've paid my advances on time. Now they've decided that I dont qualify for an advance at all and I'm now out $200 that I really need. And if you contact customer service, you can expect to lied to.

      Empower never did one thing for me I closed that account never did a thing in it never got anything from them and they never helped me and they have the nerve to go in my checking account and take money they were supposed to go to my rent thanks a lot in power you're great for my credit my financial situation now I have a bounce check these businesses should all be put out a business they're all scum

      This company is the absolute worst. If you need to take a loan out against your 401K for a primary residence down payment good luck. Every time you call you get a different answer. They never communicate the steps you need to take and then you are left wondering what to do. Their customer service team is so unhelpful. If you don't have to use this company DON'T!!
