I received a cash advance of 108 and I was late 2 days on repayment I paid off advance and its been weeks and they are saying they havent received my payment even though its been cleared by my bank and they keep trying to charge same amount several times Im getting no help from the tilt app just that they cannot expedite anything manually and a human cant help either I dont n is what to doBusiness Response

I did auto saving within Tilt app. I have cash that cant be withdrew. I get a run around when asking for help. There is no way to withdraw my money that I added for a savings. I WANT MY MONEY!! Beware!Business Response

10/22/2025 TILT TOOK OUT $156.00 FROM MY ACCOUNT AND THEN 10/23/2025 THEY TOOK OUT $156.00 AGAIN FROM MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE SENT THEM AN EMAIL IN REGARDS TO THIS BUT HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM OTHER THAN THEY WERE GOING TO LOOK INTO THE ISSUE. I HAVE SCRENNSHOTS OF THIS FROM MY BANK AND FROM THEIR APP AS WELL. IT'S PRETTY SIMPLE THEY OWE ME $156.00 AND THE PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED!!THIS ALSO CAUSED AN OVERDRAFT TO MY ACCOUNT AND I HAD TO MOVE MONEY AROUND TO COVER A BILL....VERY UNHAPPY WITH THEM!!! I have an auto-save account under ********************** (formerly empower) and I have an amount totaling $360 and have tried for 2 weeks to withdraw the funds from that account to my primary account on file. The app does not allow me to transfer from a tilt auto save account to my other account, I've had no issues with this in the past. I'd like the $360 back.Business Response

I don't know what this company is but why you people are charging my bank account literally every other day if not everyday is absurd! I don't even know how you people are charging my account when you don't have my account number and I keep my bank card locked at all times?!?! As of today's date which is October 17 you have taken $43.00 out of my bank account without my authorization, I have contacted your so called customer service team who was not only rude but unprofessional as well. When I explained the situation-the guy who's name was ***** started laughing when I demanded to speak with a supervisor and then denied my request. What kind of fraudulent company is this? I expect someone to contact me asap in regards to getting me back my **** money. I will also be making a complaint to the **** and the attorney general.Business Response

Financial institution verified that they received a refund for my account on 10/14, but funds have not been placed back into my account. Attempted to call business and customer services **** kept my call on hold until 6pm (closing time) and then Disconnected the call, preventing me from being able to contact someone. Would like my funds credited to my account asap as I am Incurring late fees for an expense that is unable to be handled at this point due to the missing funds. Was even provided a screen shot as proof that the institution received my refund but they refuse to process it and provide it to its rightful owner, which is me. Its ridiculous that they already charge 8$ per month which is more than any other prepaid financial institution, and they lack any form of a competent customer service ****Business Response

My complaint is against Tilt formerly empower. The ************** service are non functioning. I tried to contact customer service approximately 20 times through email. Even though I continue to send email after email they are not resolving my issue. I closed this account due to not being able to successfully make pmt on time due to the faulty app. Yet they continue to charge fees to my account. When I try & log into the app to even attempt to make a pmt the screen wants me to accept a cash advance & resubscribe which I will not do. When I contact customer *** through email there only response says go to the home tab. I dont have an option for a home tab due to the screen wanting me to resubscribe. I continue to tell them this & send screen shots but they fo not rectify. I want this account cancelled . No fees should be applied or Im contacting an attorney. This is the worst card, ************** svc I have ever dealt with!!!!Business Response

I was charged on 09/23/2025 for the amount of $8.00. I have no clue what this charge was for it says tilt empower I searched and see its a financial service I never signed up for.
