I recently purchased 3 flip up sites from the Wish app. The name and description on the sites clearly stated that they where Magpul brand generation 3 Mbus sites. In the pics they even show the Magpul symbol. The products sent to me where cheap fake gen 2 look alikes. They are poorly made and not really Magpul brand at all. This is not what I ordered. When I tried to return them I was told that they where what I ordered. They said they would let me return them if I paid shipping. This is unacceptable as the items are not what I ordered. I didn't want counterfeit items. I wanted the items they said they where. Selling a counterfeit item as legitimate is against the law. I have repeatedly messaged them about this and they will not fix the situation. I should not have to pay return shipping on an item that is false advertising. I will ship them back if they provide the pre paid shipping. I want them to refund my money and stop selling fraudulent Magpul products as real. I have included pictures that show the product is being advertised as Magpul, and one that shows the fake one that was sent. I requested a return of an item, shipped it back, and have not yet received a refund. The post office has not scanned the item as delivered, and I have no recourse. On May 7, 2023, I ordered a generator from Wish.com. I paid for additional Express Shipping but unfortunately, the item never arrived as promised. The seller (which we cannot directly message on Wish) issued a tracking number to me however the product details per ***** did not match the description of my purchase. This item was subsequently delivered to another address and signed for by another party. According to *****, the address for the delivery did not match mine. The seller gave a different address to ***** but gave me the tracking number. It appears the sellers on Wish.com are sending out either fake tracking numbers or switching products (bait and switch). This is now the second time this has happened to me where a seller issued a tracking number but the item went to a different address. I reached out to Wish.com several times and told to either contact ***** (which I did) or simply wait. This is the third time I've been cheated by this company in 4 weeks. You cannot speak to anyone directly and customer service is flat out awful. I booked a camping trip based on this purchase and two previous purchases which were a bust. I'm out of my fees for my trip and my purchase. A refund is the minimum this company can do in light of this situation. I've been purchasing items from this site since 2016. I've never encountered this much fraud from such a company. For a self proclaimed marketplace, they need to hold their sellers accountable or allow buyers to speak to them directly. Sellers need to be in direct communication with the buyers without the involvement of part time customer service. Part time at best. The customer service of ********************** is awful they should cease all operations until they can sort out the fraud. I will not be using them ever again.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:As a global market place, you are essentially allowing the sale of items across your platform without sellers being fully vetted. Here is why the platform will continue to spiral;
1. Buyers have no ability to contact sellers
2. Buyers have no ability to leave feedback after a refund has been issued. Future buyers should know if a seller is trust worthy or using fraudulent selling tactics.
3. Sellers are not being held accountable for the fraud across the website. A 'money back guarantee' is not suitable enough especially where it appears this is a noticeable problem on the platform.
4. I booked two trips with the anticipation these items from three separate orders would arrive. Two of them were sent to addresses that were not mine. The third never shipped.
5. Your customer service needs to take the word of the buyers. Protecting the seller is simply a poor practice especially when you are dealing with sellers from around the globe that are not being held accountable for fraud.

I looked into this. It appears that your payment was declined when you tried placing your order. Here are a few common reasons why this may have happened:
- Your card is expired
- You have insufficient funds
- Your card was reported as stolen or frozen
- If you are using a debit card, please be sure it has a CVV and can be billed as a credit card
It may take your bank or card issuer 10 business days to process the charges back to your account. Once you've resolved the payment issue with your bank, we hope you can try placing a new order on Wish.

Now, you have provided us with screenshots that you have never provided before, and after investigating your account, we have found that you have multiple accounts, and the email address associated
with the screenshots you have provided is ******************* and the user ID is ************************, which is not the same account you mentioned in the first email.
Under this account we were able to find the transaction ID's for the items you sent (see screenshot 20230512_213536.jpg).

As shown in the screenshots you sent, you have a confirmation that both items were indeed refunded and here is a summary of both refunds.

I made an order on April 15 2023 . The total was $*****. I was charged $136.02. There's a code on my bank statement on that transaction that says *****. I contacted wish to request a refund for the difference and was told it would be refunded within 10 business days. ( this was on chat and I have pictures of said conversation). I contacted them again after checking my bank statements to be sure it was not actually refunded, (it was not). I am now being told that things on wish have different prices depending on my selections. I authorized payment of $*****. They can not then say that the total is $136.02 AFTER I have paid and they refused to refund the unauthorized amount they tacked on After I paid. I placed an order with Wish.com on April 5, 2023. I saw a purse they had that I really liked so I ordered the blue/purple purse. When the package arrived, they sent me the wrong color. I went through their procedure of return and refund. They sent me an email telling me they needed a picture of the purse before they can proceed. So I sent them a picture of the purse. They were supposed to send me a return label instead I got another email telling me that the picture was unacceptable! They wanted another picture. I sent them an email telling them that I was not going to go through this again. I described the purse when I first requested a return and refund. They already know what the item is. I feel they ae giving me the run around thinking that if they wait long enough I will give up. I'm not going to give up!
