    On May 6th I received a call from **** using predatory practices to try and win my business. They promised me an $850 credit that they assured me should be on my last months merchant statement. They pretended to be my current processor doing a routine check on a credit that should have been applied and asked me to log in to my merchant statement and when I didn't see it they asked me to send my statement to them. With the amount of credit card scams in the world, I do not need a merchant using scams to get by business.They scheduled a follow up call for May 7th to confirm the $850 credit they promised to send me.

    This business is cold calling, The operator who called stated they are from the *********** and were calling on behalf of Merchant Support (************************************************)They are calling telling you they have a rebate for using merchant services. (We do not use them) We use QBO or other methods. They were asking a lot of private information and asking for the mailing address to send an $850.00 rebate to. Again, we do not use their services. This appears to be a scam posted many times on social media.

    Received a phone call from a spoofed local number from a representative of Merchant Services Network **** Firs statement was a misleading statement offering to retrieve a refund for overcharges on our existing processing. Please note that this was an unsolicited call to a number on the federal do not call list.

    We started doing business with this company as per recommendation from our bank, ***** Republic. They were offering the option to receive credit card payments through their platform.As soon as we created an online account as they requested we were charged, without any warning or notification the following amounts:April 4: USD ***** April 5: USD ***** May 2: USD ***** May 4: USD ***** May 6: USD **** Additionally, to the only operation in which we indeed used their services, we were charged almost a 16% fee for 1 transaction (USD ******). Again, something never discussed with the person we were in contact with of the company. They agreed to refund the charges but, since it was claimed, they had only refunded 2 of the charges after numerous attempts to settle this. They had made up with a lot of excuses for their slow responses and lack of solutions.
