    They messaged me at 2am in the morning,asking for money. Never heard of this outfit after pay, spam message and spam phone number. Negative star rating where is that function BBB , need to add that to the web site.

    Due to a less than 48 hour late payment of less than ***** due to a system upgrade by ******** where I had no access to use mobile banking on a weekend Afterpay removed all of my available credit over ******. I had informed Afterpay prior to system ******** outage that this would occur and was assured my account would remain in good standing. Payment past due was made in less than 48 hours in full. Credit was completely removed. I was informed issue would be resolved and escalated by a " team of experts" absolutely nothing has changed.., appalling customer service is an understatement.

    Someone used my email to set up an account. I reached out to the company to fix the issue and they NEVER responded. They had my email and my home address and this company wouldn't even attempt close the account. I had to go through the whole process of setting up info just to access the account myself and close it out. Thank God, they didn't get any of my money!

    I have an account I paid the balance in full and cancel the account I had Dealt with another business that had after pay and they claim I owe them A balance even when I looked up my old account it says 0 balance paid in full I want to file a complaint because it was a lot of issues when I had the account and I was very Vocal with their customer service that's why I think all the hurt feelings If I owe you something send me invoice they have said they're self that the account is paid in full so why are you So why tell untrue stories when I come back through because of your personal feelings again since Send a invoice saying I owe you something your customer service even says I have a 0 balance so aint that illegal for you to Say that I do there isn't anything even on my credit report saying that I owe you that's what makes it Odd

    My account was hacked, so my bank account disputed it and afterpay wants me to pay the amoun that was use in order to use my account. Customer is the worse. Customer are forced to pay for something we did not authorized! Use ZIP is better.

    There is no real customer service, only call backs and chats bots. If there is ever, even a minor issue with an order, good luck getting a refund or getting it resolved even if you have all the evidence to provide. You will be left on waiting for merchant to respond limbo until who knows when. My problem was the merchant never received the order, I provided names, times and even offered a screen shot of my account with the merchant to Afterpay. But without a phone number or real way to contact them, how do they expect the merchant to do so ? I blocked the automatic payment option for that order. Dont use them, use Klarna instead, they do have humans and customer service working for them. Will not use Afterpay anymore .

    Afterpay is not knowledgeable on how to process returns correctly. If you have bought something using the Afterpay option and return the product, expect a lot of confusion and multiple messages back-and-forth to their team to correct an issue that never gets resolved.

    It has been a nightmare trying to get ahold of someone. No phone number just chats. I have used afterpay for couple years and never had an issue. One of my plans the payments were taken out and another plan only 2 payments were taken and then they stated the ** was declined while the other plan cleared all 4 payments. I contacted ******* and stated card was fine. Still system would decline my **, I sent chats for assistance and they don't respond until days later. I finally got someone and they agreed to waive late fee. I was able to get another ** and payment went thru. Late fee was never waived, last payment still not clearing and another late fee. And customer service reponses? Please contact bank. I am still waiting for late fees to be waived. *************************.

    I am on a payment plan with Afterpay....My debit card had to be cancelled, due to fraud. I have tried at least five times to reach out to them. There is no phone number, and I have texted a reply each time that I needed to change payment method. No one!!!!!!! has called or emailed to get my bank account information. I just received a notice that my payments are all late........... I just got a new debit card so will give them this information. But something needs to be done about their online service............It is disgraceful. I would like you to try and get them to do something about being able to contact them, plus the charges that will occur due to being late. Their current address is: Afterpay. *************************************************************************** *****. I had a hard time just to find their address....Thank you for being there

    Can't leave 0 stars but concur with what everyone else here has said. Been paying on time and sometimes in advance limit was reduced to nothing. **************** is NO help just copy and paste the same canned bs responses.
