Shortly after I used the Hover software for a home project via the REMOVEDwebsite. Hover reached out to request a video survey about my experience to help them improve the tool. In exchange they promised a $75 gift card. We scheduled and held the interview via video. I spoke to REMOVEDon May 22 at 4 PM ET. I gave between REMOVEDminutes of my time and allowed them to record in order to support their work. I never heard back from them, and when I reached back out the following week to inquire about the status, the email had been disconnected. There was no trace of my contact person. I reached out to their help line concerned that I had allowed a recording and shared about my project openly. I never heard anything back. I am requesting the $75 dollar REMOVEDgift card to me as promised and acknowledgement that this was not a scam.

    Hi REMOVED,

I am reaching out in regards to the Complaint ID REMOVEDsubmitted by REMOVED.

I am hoping we can get this complaint resolved although it is past its due date.  I have backup for the customer acknowledging terms and conditions, membership fee refund and communication with that customer that outlines he wanted to retract the complaint.

    See attached.

Please let me know if you have any questions.
