  Superb builders Professionals installed our system almost 3 years ago. It was a great experience to work with their knowledgeable and friendly staff and installers. The system is working great! Our electric bills are nil in the winter, except for monthly connection and infrastructure fees from our provider. In summer our bills are greatly reduced, and we have been unaffected by the momentary power interruptions that do occur with our provider. A big bonus is that our battery storage system gives us peace of mind should there be another big power outage.

  *** and his crew are the best you can ask for. They were on top of everything, and on time. Always available to answer questions. I cannot speak more highly of them. You can stop looking for an installer, you've found them right here at Superb Builders

  The worst experience you will have if you work with them. From the office manager I worked with, project manager, *******, and the sub/contracted workers are lacking in professionalism and good work ethics. I am disappointed in the workmanship, lack of supervision, poor attitude, and overall bad experience they have left me. They prioritized speed of completion rather than quality, and the project manager outright even said this. Shockingly, that was said on the first day of the project. This was a foreshadowing to the mess that was to happen. The completed project was with a handful of issues, so it goes to show they are not competent or choose not to be. From beginning to end of the kitchen project, the entire experience was extremely stressful.Examples of their lack of attention to small details are, crooked installment of outlets, disregard to my items, so paint and debris went on them, as well as lights left on, and also my front door left open once. The worst offender is some of my outlets cannot power on anything plugged in due to their first major mistake during the start of the project, during the electrical wiring, and only harder to be undone with the backsplash over the walls. This took just over 6 weeks to complete, while other estimates I had gotten was 3-4 weeks. It does not help when they had sloppy communication within their own team and to myself. I needed to remind the ******* what was agreed within the contract so they make those updates. There was hardly anything that gave me confidence and comfort working with them. Constant followup was needed, since they cannot be trusted based on what was demonstrated. I gave instructions for an appliance set up, but that could not be followed. I had shared photos and instructions of where and what the appliance I want set up. Instead, an appliance I wanted to keep new and boxed was opened and ******* advice for all is to look somewhere else. Other review sites are not the best representation of them.

  Do not use these guys. They were recommended to me by my design company after they decided to stop doing construction work. I can give numerous examples of their shoddy workmanship, lack of supervision, and aggressive and 'I don't care' attitude. They sub contracted out the work to unlicensed guys and that made so many mistakes I am still dealing with issues.
