2 starsIt was useful did have lots of information - but I just needed the one single report and there was no way to get it without having to sign up for a 5 day trial at $7 and then automatic membership at almost $30 a month. Then called the next day to cancel before getting charged the membership - and it took almost 30 minutes on hold - but I was able to cancel easily at that point. They tried to sell me on something but were not persistent or pushy and when I said I just wanted to cancel they were very polite. This would be recommend by me to others only if they had a single use under $8 with no membership but the membership and amount of time it takes to generate the report I wouldn't recommend to others for wanting a single search but if planning to use multiple searches it would be good for them

1 starI don't know if their reports are useful, because I never got that far. But I do have a problem with the fact that you spend ***** minutes answering questions THEN they tell you it costs money. I figured it would cost money, but as long as the process went on I thought maybe it didn't cost money. They also require your birth year, name and email address. Don't waste my time or mess with my privacy, because I'll make sure you don't get any of my money. (And they didn't get any.)Truthfinder

1 starI had never heard of Truthfinder before two charges showed up on my bank account. It seems somewhat strange that there were charges from BeenVerified and *********** on the same day. I had never heard of those either. I cancelled my card and have filed charges against all three companies. Be weary before you use any of these businesses.Truthfinder
