            On September 5th 2023, I purchsed 4 bags of wood pellets for my smoker through the ShopSmart site. They charged my credit card (picture loaded) however they then let me know that they were out of stock and they asked if I would wait a few extra weeks and I would get 5% a discount. I said yes. Few weeks later still no items so they then offered me a 10 % discount to wait a few more weeks so I said yes again. By October 31st they still did not have the items so I asked to be reimbursed and they said yes it would take a few days. I have yet to be reimbursed and they now nolonger reply to my emails ! This company *** total scam and you need to do something about this !!! Thank you for any help you can provide.

            I wished Id read the reviews before ordering!!My order kept being back order with a promise of a discount if I waited.I decided to cancel and was promised a refund..it never happened.They no longer reply to my emails..its a scam.STAY AWAY
