This company is impossible to get in contact with in order to become a driver. They say "email us" but then you are blocked when you are asked for a "captcha" number that you don't have or even know what it is. I tried the 800 number and was told they couldn't take calls right now. When you went through the hoops for help they refer you back to the **** website that is absolutely worthless.

That would have been a good email for you to reach out to. As well as ****************************************** Maybe when you called it was after hours, but the *** does always give you an option to leave a message. Very dishonest!!! Dont use this company!!! I used them to deliver two electric recliner loveseats. I was quoted on the app $85.98, the driver calls me to tell me he will have to make two trips because he cant fit the two items on his truck, he never once disclosed that I would be charges and additional fee, I was charged on the app $165.66. I contacted the company and they are not willing to help. DONT USE THEM!!!!GoShare Inc

Hi *****. Thanks for the review. I know the **************** team has addressed this with you, but I will also respond here. You booked the project to move 2 recliners in a pickup for $85 and you were advised this paid the drive for 58 minutes of work. Unfortunately, you underestimated the size of the recliners. For safely the driver will not 'stack the recliners on top of each other' so he had to make 2 trips which caused him to go over the 58 minutes. The overtime is accurate based on the work the driver did. I do recommend based on the size of the recliners to book a cargo van next time.Tania D

When I placed my order it was listed as ********************* recliners and the fee that was given to me was $85.98 for both. I didn't choose the pickup truck your delivery driver is the one that choose to take the delivery. I was not given the choice to choose the a vehicle. The driver should have disclosed that I would have been charged an additional fee given me the option to decline and pick it up myself.Review fromSaif T.

I was a driver who got a new vehicle and had to email GoShare the documents and pictures for the vehicle since there is no option to add or change a vehicle in the app. They cancelled project ****** on me while I accepted the project and had driven about thirty minutes to pickup load. When I emailed the project they cancelled on me they did not acknowledge. They treated me like I did not work for them. Afterwards they did not respond for two weeks after I sent them every exact document they required. When I opened a chatbox today with GoShare they said my "interactions" with GoShare allowed them to not proceed with my vehicle update. It was me putting up with them- not the other way around after they cancelled a project on me in an illegal way. The app is terrible, the customer service is terrible and by far the worst Goshare businesspeople I've ever deal with. Project ****** was a commercial motor vehicle filter- 1st off- don't cancel on a truck driver- 2nd I am a truck driver with endorsements on my Commercial driver license- Basically everything you have came from a truck driver- Goshare you are the worst dumb people I've ever worked for and what a blessing it is to not have to work for you idiots anymoreGoShare Inc

If you would treat the support staff that way, you will probably treat our valued customers that way. So unfortunately, we had to part ways. There is no way to add another vehicle or change vehicles in the app. When I called Goshare idiots, dummies, and geniuses it was after emailing you all the documents you required for adding/switching vehicles after several emails not "immediately" as you portray. I recommend a psychiatric evaluation for Goshare employees due to your response being strictly of your imagination even when you say "If you would treat the support staff that way, you will probably treat our valued customers that way". I treat my customers the way I want to be treated. It is a blessing from God to not have to work for Goshare who aren't as close to perfection with their app and personal experiences I've encountered. My time is invaluable to GoShare because you all chose to lie about me, cancel a project mid-run on me and imagine things about me. What an absolute shame..And..you have no idea what truck drivers go through- Goshare has no respect for customers and their drivers such as me for example. I requested delivery of a leather recliner/rocking chair to my upstairs condo through the GoShare app. I received confirmation that the driver of a pickup truck and a helper would be arriving with my chair within an hour of my request. They both arrived within an hour and delivered my chair upstairs to my bedroom exactly where I wanted it. They were courteous and efficient. Great service!GoShare Inc

This is the second time Ive used GoShare this year. Both times, I booked an extra person because the items were really heavy or very fragile and I didnt want to take a chance that one person would get there and couldnt do it alone.. I was very happy both times. Both times, I booked the day before. Its easy to book, they were on time and extremely efficient. The price was very reasonable, even for two people. I would definitely use again.GoShare Inc

CON: it took longer than expected to get my job scheduled PRO: *******, my driver, was fantastic. He communicated well and kept us updated from the moment he accepted the job. His van was very well outfitted to keep my item safe. He was polite and professional. CON ADDENDUM: even though I listed the con, I should add that GoShare kept in touch with me via text while I waited for a driver to accept my job. They were very communicative and professional so I still feel it was a 5 star job! Will definitely use again and highly recommendGoShare Inc
