I used Best Fit Movers based on a referral I received thinking it would minimize the scams moving companies try to pull. Not in this case. Long story short, Best Fit agreed to refund me $170 for packaging costs and an hour of their services since I specifically asked about packaging costs when I booked and was told by "William" they were included and the movers took 5 hours to move a 1 bed and 1 bath comprised of 22 boxes and 10 pieces of large furniture due to looking at spider webs, cactus, plants, being on their phone, one guy wasn't even a mover and what not. Basically, myself and my sister were moving faster than the "professional" movers in loading the truck. After a lot of back and forth, I received a hand delivered check as they said the other was lost in the mail. Right?! Then 2 weeks later my credit card that I used to place down the initial moving deposit was charged the $170 back, basically voiding the refund owed to me. Luckily my credit card company took care of it, but DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS. I've had way better experiences with other companies and will be using those in the future. Good luck and stay safe!

It was a real pleasure to work with these guys as they are professional and very hard working. They took their time and made sure everything is safely packed so nothing gets damaged. All my furniture was properly disassembled and put back as it was at our new location. Also, their prices are the best in San Diego. We really recommend them for a fast, cheap and safe move!
