Can not find any information on this website NEOBOD, *********, **. this company has been obtaining $19.99/month from my debit card without authorization. No response from numerous attempts to contact business/ website to deny these fraudulent charges! they have been fraudulently accessing my account since Oct 2022. please help. believe my only recourse will be to close my bank card account! which involves much unnecessary hassle to ********* legitimate accounts to be paid in another manner & hopefully will not fall into the red. very upsetting!!Initial Complaint

Activefirene aka. "NeoBod" started taking $19.99 a month out of my checking account several months ago, unathorized. I called the number on my checking account to tell them to refund my money and to stop taking money out of my account. They took all my information and promised to refund the two months within 24 hours. In April of this month, they took another $19.99 out of my account. I called them again, they make you go listen to several recorded sales ads to try to sell gift cards, I told them NO over and over again. After about 30 minutes they promise to cancel subscription (that I never ordered) and give you a conf. # once again promising to refunded three months they for $59.97 within 24. Once again....no refund,. I call them once again and complain. This time they ask that you download an app from PlayStore to access an application they say is needed to refund your money. After requesting all your banking info, address, and other personal information. NO REFUND. THIS IS A SCAM. I talked to the same man with a foreign accent every time. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO. Active Fire Neo has been taking $19.99 out of my checking account for at least 3 months without authorization. I don't even know what service they provide if any. Looks a scam to me.. I have called their service department in the past and told them to stop the deductions and refund two months they took out of my account without authorization. They promised to refund my account within 24 hours and never did. Just this week, they took another $19.00 out. I called them again and went through the same rigmarole of having to listen to at least 3 gift card audio sales promotions, telling them NO over and over again. They promised to cancel subscription (that I never ordered) finally gave me confirmation number and told me my account would be refunded for $59.97 within 24 hours. I just noticed a charge on my debit card. I do not recall signing up for this and would never be interested in the service I see online. This must have been something buried in another purchase, which, though legal, I feel is unethical. I have spent more than an hour on hold with their "support" line. I was charged by Neobod $19.99 through Citibank on April 10, 2023. I have never heard of Neobod nor have I ever subscribed for their services. I don't believe that my CitiCard has been compromised by a third party. Apparently others have made this specific complaint about this company. I have never received a receipt from this company by email or other means (I assume because this was a fraudulent sale). This company appears to be a scam.
