Daniel ********************** helped me with an eviction recently, he kept costs low to help me save money and he managed to get everything done and avoid going to court/trial. Mr. ********************** was professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. When Mr. ********************** is busy with courts/trials he also has wonderful assistants that can call you who listen and care about what you have to say. I wholeheartedly recommend this lawyer if you're having any trouble with a tenant.DANIEL MARSHALL LANDLORD EVICTION ATTORNEY

Sammy, I am glad I was able to assist with obtaining possession of your newly purchased home. It was a hard fought case as most post-foreclosure evictions can become based upon my experience since the 2008 foreclosure crisis. Take care.Review fromAnayansi C

Attorneys ******* and Marshall are a nightmare that does not go away. Without consequences, they get worse. Look up the words corruption, malice, fraud, perjury, bullies, defamation, threats, false reports, fabrication of evidence, abuse to elders, child endangerment, cyberbullying, greed, manipulators, shady, abuse of power, and legal system in the dictionary. Their faces will be next to each word. My mother, a 79-year-old immigrant woman, was failed by the legal system. Marshall doesn't stop. Here's the truth:In 2019, Marshall filed a late and frivolous SLAPP motion that contained fabricated evidence. He also filed a motion in court under my mother's name, elder abuse. He recorded a second lien on her house with fabricated court documents. In February 2020, Marshall presented his case before all other cases when notified that our attorney was running 10 minutes late; our case was number ***************************** a room full of people waiting for their cases to be heard. Unfortunately, it was the last case of the meeting, and our attorney did not get to represent us as he was traveling from L.A. His firm notified Marshall. In July 2020, Marshall recorded a second lien on my mother's house. In 2021, we sought a new judge's help by filing a small claims case, but Marshall brought it to Civil Court, stating he couldn't represent ******* in small claims court. The judge ruled without sending the case back to the small claims court. In 2022, Marshall and ******* hired a third attorney. In 2023, Marshall filed a Notice of ****. In the Small Claims Court, the reasons the case was filed were not heard or discussed, but four weeks later, they won. One judge, in 2020, ordered that they redact and seal the documentation exposing my minor children's sensitive information. If you are an immigrant or a woman, no one helps. Sadly, my mother, who never met these men, gets no justice.DANIEL MARSHALL LANDLORD EVICTION ATTORNEY

The reviewer sued my client ****************** unsuccessfully while I represented him. She then sued me in small claims court again she lost. She was never my client.Review fromCheryl S

5 starsGreat win for a complicated case. Mr. ********************** was very thorough in obtaining and introducing crucial documents to support our case. He was very knowledgeable and convinced the judge about some issues he was misunderstanding. Rare to have a judge change his mind at closing argument that is for sure. We appreciate his expertise and the time he took to explain every step of the process.Review fromWilliam K

5 starsAs proof that you can go through most of your life without requiring the services of a lawyer, we are particularly clear-eyed as to the process, merits and results of that step when no other solution is available.Having Invested the results of life-long careers into several rental condos to support our retirement, we have had good fortune with respectable tenants for years - save one. When this tenant was simply reluctant to move when we announced our intent to sell the property, we looked to our exemplary real estate agent for a recommendation to handle the eviction process. We had no illusions as to the length and cost of this process, so did not take the decision lightly, when we contacted Daniel Marshall's practice, which focuses almost exclusively on evictions. From the first conversation with Daniel, we were impressed with his no-nonsense yet calm, family-friend approach to this serious undertaking. He quickly outlined a 3-part process starting with eviction notification, ending with court action and physical removal of a tenant.Fortunately for us, Daniel and his team's steady hand on this process, was able to quickly elicit an arrangement with the tenant to return keys for a small amount of security deposit cash, far less than the cost of a complete eviction process - $5K to $6K - and in a much shorter period, thus restoring rental income fairly quickly., With a bit of luck - and the knowledge gained from this legal process - we hope not to clutter his schedule again any time soon. But results being the true test of an experience's value, we were extremely pleased with the work of Daniel Marshall and his legal team, and now know where to go for solid results.********************************************************************** *********, **Review fromDanny Y

5 starsTHIS ATTORNEY LOOKS OUT FOR MILITARY!!!He handled a situation and exposed how a tenant was abusing the system with a free defense attorney through the city.Just to give you an example of how bad the tenant was; they were literally filing civil restraining orders on me at my own address which was an owner occupied duplex [which was dismissed], and then was filing ex-parte hearings whenever I was on leave [vacation] or serving the country out to sea.Literally just saved me from financial issues with a non-paying tenant which is a landlord's worst nightmare.YOU WANT TO WIN YOUR AT YOUR HEARING PICK HIM AS AN ATTORNEY [COMPLETELY WORTH IT]/ NO USE FOR JAGReview fromDavid C
