***** was great about going through all the details with my kitchen remodel. I felt like the service I received was top notch and honestly I was shocked with how quickly they completed the project while still being meticulous with the details to make sure my kitchen turned out beautiful.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I hired them to do my kitchen remodel and it came out better than I could have imagined. ***** was there every step of the way with any questions I had and they were able to finish before their estimated finish date which was amazing. I was told that the job would be two weeks. They started 5/11/2024 and my son and I finished the door ourselves this last week in August. They had the linen doors on wrong side to open, I had gotten a barn door and they hung inside out. I finally really complained about not having a toilet. Then I was told that I was supposed to buy the toilet myself, it wasn't included in the $25,000.00 I was to be charged. now I realize that was my fault because I hadn't printed the contract, I was furious and told them so, however the girl that came with *** (the owner) and was to be my interior decorator should have talked to me about the extras I was to buy. The walls are not professionally done, they are smooth in areas and **** in others. The door frame at the bottom is not finished, no base boards, and they rounded the frame, I asked the worker to fix said he didn't know how. They borrowed tools, my tape measure, my broom, my kitchen stool that now is ruined because it is all painted on. They never put up the plastic curtain for all the sanding that was done, so you can't believe the dust that is in the house on everything. I really love my bathroom especially the rock shower, it was hard communicating because there was a different guy almost every day and they didn't speak english. **** came almost every morning to get them going and how to do what they had for the day. At the end of the day they picked up in the bathroom but threw all the boxes and trash on my patio. The worst part was *** came back only once to ask me to sign up with the bank that he picked, so he could pull out some money to pay his crew. He wrote done what he wanted me to say and he got the full amount and I haven't seen him since,He was a great smozer and I feel like he screwed me on the money part, $25,000,00 is a great deal especially when I had to buy stuff myself.Saraay Remodeling LLC

We are sorry for the negative experience that you felt you had with us. We strive to give the best work possible with 100% customer satisfaction.
When any client signs a contract with us we go over the scope of work with each client which is on the contract you signed. In the scope of work we clearly lay out what we are doing on the project and what is and is not covered so the customer is aware of anything they will need to spend outside of the contract price.
In your contract we had that we would not be paying for certain accessories items such as the toilet and that would be client cost. Additionally in our scope of work we did not agree to do the barn doors, or replace drywall only to paint over existing drywall. The price we gave we stand by as it is a fair market price for the work that was provided.
Regarding any delays in materials or accessories unfortunately once we play orders with vendors there are times that materials are on back order which is out of our control and can cause the work to be delayed. We do our best to finish jobs in a timely manner but some items are out of our control from vendors.

5 starsSaraay owner gave me a reasonable quote for roof replacement along with some drywall repair due to leakage. Quote was slightly higher than others but I felt comfortable with the customer service and I was glad I moved forward with them. Execution was only delayed by a couple of days but his crew kept me up to date on the progress so it wasnt a surprise. Overall I was happy with the customer service, communication and the final results. I would definitely consider them for my next project of interior remodeling.Review fromMalak K

5 starsSaraay did my house remodel and they did an amazing job. We got our kitchen, bathroom, and flooring redone. The crew was very professional and the communication was key.
