  this lady charged after i told her verbally over the phone i no longer wished to retain her as a lawyer and picked up all my documents from her office. she literally never did one thing for my case. she had told me that she could not do anything on my behalf until a paper was signed stating she was my attorney so its not possible since she never sent me the paper to sign. i tried emailing her for further explanation and she never returned my phone call. every time i spoke to her i couldnt get a straight answer and was charged $75 dollars which is why i fired her to begin with. she charged $45 to be my attorney monthly to be my attorney which i previously stated i never signed that paper. she did make one paper chart with paperwork i brought her personally. when i checked her work there were at least 4 mistakes. so the charge for research she claims she did was only what i provided nothing more. when i spoke to **** which is who i needed a lawyer for in the first place they said they were unaware i had a lawyer so clearly no conference was held on my behalf. immediately after talking to **** i fired her and up until that point i only had invoices adding up to $295. the last 2 charges were in retaliation for letting her go nothing more she backdated the charges for the 24th of january since i let her go the 27th but wasnt actually charged until february 3rd which means she falsified dates in order to charge me i have phone records which i included a screenshot of as well as the actual dates received invoices

  Only giving one star because it makes me. As a Navy Veteran and truly in need father of help with custody for my son Im disappointed and heartbroken. I hired ************************* with really high hopes for this law firm. She literally called me the day I hired her(May 28th), hours after the payment was processed to see if I had chosen to go another direction, only for me to have to inform her I had made a payment hours ago to hire her which should of been my first sign of what was to come. Weeks later, she has been impossible to get a hold of after multiple phone calls and left messages, Ive even been called back by someone else Im not familiar with to talk about my case after calling her days in a row. I then decided to escalate my concerns about not being helped or my case being taken seriously in which I spoke with a Senior Attorney ***** and complained, then I was charged $250 for the conversation they had about my case. I still went along with it and recently a paralegal was involved in my case supposing to move things a long, dates and documents were promised on my voicemail and still Nothing has happened. Asking for documentation and then claiming she cant see them or read them, then literally reading the documents to me over the phone, *** sent emails that shes requested and then spoken to her days later with no response or acknowledgment of those emails. Pure laziness and disrespect by these actions and just furthers the pain of an already difficult situation, no one should have to go through this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LAW FIRM!!!
