    I began working with this firm a couple years ago, in October 2022, as a solution to my son's school loan debt, which I co-signed. *********************** informed that he would be able to assist. We completed paperwork and sent payments totaling $1500.00 to ***********************. Soon after, *********************** was no longer available at the firm and we were told that he was practicing law without a license. We were then put in touch with ******************************* from their firm. ******** agreed to be in contact with me every week/two weeks with an update, but that did not happen. I have called and left several messages. I have texted on several occasions with no response for over a year. Last week I called ********* cellphone anonymously and ******* answered. I informed him that I was very discouraged by the service and that I desperately needed to do something about this debt. ******* stated that he has not been able to reach my son, *****. I provided *******, again, with his number. ******* then sent a text that he says was a text that he sent to *******************************. When I spoke with my son, *****, he informed that he received that text from the attorney back in October 2023 and responded to it at that time. ***** informed that not only did he not get a response, but he has not heard from ******* since then. I do no believe that this agency is real.
