  Working with Ipsan West Credit Consultants has been one of the best things that I have ever done. From the very first consultation, **** and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me improve my credit. They took the time to understand my specific situation and crafted a clear, step-by-step plan tailored to my ******** my option what was great about Bill and his team was their transparency and communication. They kept me informed at every stage, and anytime I had a question, **** was available to explain things in a way that made sense. Within just a few months, I started seeing significant improvements in my credit scoreand more importantly, I now have a much better understanding of how to manage and maintain it.   On January 8, 2020, I paid $15,500 to Ipsan West (under ******* Ipsan) with the clear understanding that the funds would be applied directly to my federal student loans. More than five years later, that money has never been applied to my loan balance and has never been refunded.Since then, I have asked Ipsan West repeatedly for documentation, proof of payment, or a refund. Instead of transparency, I have been met with vague statements, shifting explanations, and references to a so-called approval process that has produced nothing in over five years. At no point have they provided any verifiable evidence showing where my money went.This has caused me significant financial harm. My federal student loans have continued to accrue interest since 2020 because the promised payment was never made. I have also endured years of stress, frustration, and wasted time chasing down answers from a company that refuses to resolve the issue.Five years is an unreasonable and unacceptable delay for any business matter let alone one involving such a large sum of money and something as serious as federal student loans. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Ipsan West to anyone.

  ****** *. has been a repeat client 3 times, in 2016, 2019 and again in 2020. Due to our work he obtained over $ *******. in new open credit loans and or credit cards after we completed his initial challenged credit file with many unpaid collections. His experience as well as ours has been very frustrating regrading this student loan account he mentions. What he mentions is not accurate and missing important elements to his post trying to discredit our work.. Regarding that particular account for the student loan, the receipt was provided direct to him minus a $ *****. refund at that time from Ipsan West due to better negotiations for the account and then again by email in 2020. Recently it was discovered by ****** *. that the ****************** said and he provided and email to us on June 5th, 2025, stating they had sent us a refund check to Ipsan West after they stopped collecting for the Student Loan System in 2021. After recent and continuos investigation based on this new discovery, we can state under penalty of pergury, that it was never received, then or now from the collection company handling the collection process for the Student Loan at that time. Since then we have been working on recapturing the funds from the collection company and have offered to close this out once it is complete to our mutual satisfaction that ****** * . would have to agree and sign off on, but ****** *. has chosen to do this instead and it is a false statement as we are and have been committed through recent emails with him and but has chosen to file a claim which in our opinion is unnecessary, then we will have no choice to wait for the court to decide and do what they say based on our mutual proof. At all times we have acted in good faith and we will continue to do so.

  No payment was ever applied to my loans, and in more than five years Ipsan West has provided no bank proof of any transmission. Bills public comment is false and misleading: he did not negotiate anything meaningful for me with respect to my student loans, and they remain unpaid while $13,000 of my funds is still missing (I only ever received $2,500 back). During my efforts to trace the money, ******************* (the collection agency) stated that if funds werent paid to the **************************** they would have been refunded; **** sent me a document insinuating he forwarded my money, so I initially assumed a refund existed. He has since acknowledged in email that he did not send those fundsmeaning there could never have been a refund from the collector. Over the years I have been given shifting explanations, told the loan was paid when it was not, and repeatedly denied basic documentation. Worse, **** has suggested I retract my honest reviews before he will return my moneythis is not good-faith conduct and attempts to condition performance on silencing a consumer.Based on my experience and the documents (or lack thereof), Ipsan Wests conduct appears to violate the California Credit Services Act of 1984 (Civ. Code ******* et seq.), including: taking/keeping money before full performance and making misleading representations (1789.13(a)(b)), failure to complete services within the required period (180 days), and potential noncompliance with required written contract disclosures. Acting in good faith requires transparency; I have seen none. Im posting to warn others that this has been one of the worst professional experiences Ive haddishonest, non-transparent, and unresolved. I have filed formal complaints with multiple agencies (including the District Attorney Economic Crimes Unit, ****, *****************************************, and the ****************** Attorneys General). I again request immediate return of the remaining $13,000 plus lawful interest, and a complete accounting supported by actual bank and servicer evidence.

  ****** *. continues to write these posts while we have been in communication with him to resolve this issue based on a refund that the collection company stated and he confirmed by email to us from June 5th from him, that it supposedly sent a refund to Ipsan West around that time in 2020. After that discovery from his June 5th 2025 email to us and our research it was NEVER RECEIVED. ****** keeps changing the amounts every week from his emails and his demands and offers to remove his negative posts are from HIS Emails as Well As Ours which would be totally appropriate under the new information obtained. It is correct that the Student Loan folks were not paid because it was done through the collection agency at the time as they were their agent. So it would Not BE TRUE that we did not pay him or refund him for 5 years like he has he stated in this and his earlier posts.  He is misleading about the facts and his warning comment of his worst experiences as dishonest non transparent though unresolved, he fails to mention that his life has probably changed and benefited from almost $ *******. in open new trade lines and new credit lines that he has obtained to his file since we worked his original file when we cleared out over ********************************* 2016, 2019 and again in 2020. In our opinion he should be more understanding and transparent himself before he throws stones to those who have helped alter and enhance his financial life. We are working on closing this out as he knows and these posts are totally inconsistent than the emails we are receiving from him:
