January 16,2018. I purchased a 2010 **** Transit connect. for *********. and also purchased the extra transmission warranty of ****. and it was for the life of the transmission. Today 01-04-2024 my transmission went out . I got my contract out, and tried calling them. number was disconnected, and the business isn't there any more. and they also charged me ****** for gap insurance, and ****** for ev charging station when it's not an electric vehicle. I'm very devastated that people take advantage of people.

This vehicle was sold on 1/16/2018 and customer purchased a service contract for 3yr or 100K miles, whatever comes first. Its 1/8/2024, 3 yrs since the contract expiration date. Customer also purchased ************** As far as $983.88 its not for EV charging station. Its just regular sales tax. No one took advantage of the customer, in fact we gave her a discount on the car and the products that she purchased.  *********** contract is through Prco and not though us. So she needs to call them directly to see if they can do anything.

Vehicle purchase via loan on Jan. 22nd 2023 By Feb. 13th 2023 it had broken down (before I even made a first payment)The engine is TOTALED and was on it's last leg BEFORE they sold it to me with an $8700+ loan. The cost of repairs is equal to the loan. A Carfax was briefly shown and we did check the engine, however the sludge would not have been seen even if I took it to mechanic before buying, The sensors in the vehicle also were not working, and so I was unaware that the car was overheating, this also led to more problems. The two gentlemen working: ***** and ****** confirmed many times to me and my father during the six hours we were there that this was a great reliable commuter car. I am a teacher and this has GREATLY impacted me both financially and physically as now I am carless as well as not being able to pay to fix the car. IT CAN NOT DRIVE AT ALL.Both workers verbally confirmed the condition as great and reliable MANY times. I now have an $8700 car loan for a vehicle I can NOT DRIVE I did reach out to them and am waiting to hear back. However, because it was sold "as is" they may not do anything. BUT I feel that I was taken advantage of and blatantly lied to and deceived.

Tell us why here...******, Since march 15 up to present date I have been in very prompt communication with you offering different options to assist you in this matter. Weve also had multiple phone calls in which we discuss the possibilities on how we can come together to an agreement to help you out. The last email I received from you march 20th in which you stated that you did not want us to assist you any further thanking me and the store for responding as fast as we did. Left us confused on what youd like to do.
Keep in mind as mentioned multiple times before
(Also during the purchase of your vehicle)
All customers that visit our premises have the opportunity to have any vehicle from a dealership, inspected at their own expense by ANY mechanic of their choice  (we also have a sign right where customers sit stating this) we practice, candid and upfront communication with all customers. We believe our customers have the opportunity to choose which vehicle they want to purchase and on our behalf we do our best to get them the best deal possible which we also did in your case. The day of the purchase, your father inspected the car thoroughly and assured you and us even (keep in mind my staff and I present the day of sale are not technicians) that the vehicle was in proper condition. All our vehicles are pre inspected and go through a safety inspection prior to being on the front line of sales. The day of your purchase the vehicle had no codes and any issues whatsoever of the mentioned. Now I understand with used cars. Anything may happen once it drives off the lot. Hence, the vehicles being sold As Is Dealership assumes no responsibility once its driven of the lot, however, even after revising and admitting that this is a typical practice for a used car sale.
The business, and I have in good faith offered solutions to you to aid you and make this as feasible  as possible.I reached out to you today, and once again, you may reach us directly at any point if youd like to come to an agreement of which weve mentioned multiple times.
