It all started a little over a year ago now. I brought my truck to A1 transmission on futon in *********************. I had my transmission rebuilt and a month later it went out. I had a warranty so called and was told to bring it back by the owner of A1 transmission. He said it wasn't the transmission it was the transfer case. So I took the truck home. That month I had an accident and broke my back so I was out of work and my truck sat for months. I eventually have a new transfer case put in and the truck has the same problem. So I call the shop and was told to bring it in, so I do. A day or 2 goes by and I get a call from the owner saying my transmission is shot. I bring up the warranty and he states it's past the 12 month **** for the warranty. I state I brought it in a month after the rebuild and that he said it was the transfer case, and that I had that replaced and same problem. In the end he charges me another 2500 dollars for a rebuild. While my truck is in the shop I get a text message with a video saying there is a hole in my new transfer case. I told him that it's new and there wasn't a hole when I brought it to him. He says it wasn't them. I chose to let it go and just never suggest or use them again. Here I am 3 months after that rebuild as well as another transfer case and the the transmission goes out again. And he wants to charge me for yet another rebuild.

Hi this is the owner of A1 transmission. All A1 transmission customers have full warranty parts and labor. I always work with customers. This customer has installed used transfer cases. He purchased one with a bad case. He also had wrong size tires and had a seized up differential that broke the gear train. Invoices showed abuse. I still worked with him and told him if your out of warranty I will always do labor at no charge and charge parts only. Any parts over 12 months have no warranty for suppliers. He has not called me about looking at what has happened this time. Transmissions should last on average ****** miles. He must be doing something very wrong. A1 will still look at the truck if customer will call me. I can offer free labor but if its out of warranty parts suppliers will not warranty any parts. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:  Every thing hes saying is false. Last time i brought my truck in I had a complete rear axel rebuild, a new transfer case and all my tires are the same size. I have pictures and receipts.
