1 starFriendly customer service over the phone, but poor experience due to their failure to show up and I never received any follow up while I sat in 90+ degree weather. Finally gave up and called another towing service that showed up in 15 minutes. I would never recommend this company to my friends, family, or clients.Review fromRodolfo G

1 starBIG SCAMMERS AND SHOWING LACK OF RESPECT , DISCOURTEOUS AND RUDE. MANAGER WAS ONE OF THEM HE LIES AND TRIED TO INSULT US.. POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES , WE WILL NEVER CONTACT THEM AGAIN THEY ALSO GAVE FALSE INFORMATION REGARDING THE *** OF THE 3RD PARTY (TOWING TRUCKER) WE CALLED MANY TIMES WITH NO LUCK , THEY TOLD US TRUCKER WILL BE THERE IN 15 MINUTES AND HE IS AROUND THE CORNER ALL LIES. 5 starsThey did a wonderful job! Called them showed up very quick. Didnt have to wait at all. **************** is wonderful. Knew exactly what theyre doing went over and beyond for my daughter. Towed my daughter car to the car shop. They are so kind and helpful. They made sure my daughter was safe and comfortable in her time of emergency! We are so thankful for you and your company for this in our winter storm. You went out your way and we are thankful for all your help! This company is wonderful and does go over and beyond for their customers! Thank you! We highly recommend using this company for your towing needs! 1 starSCAM ALERT This is a scam Here is how it works. They get you to give them your credit card and an id, they then have a contract that says they will charge you a two hour minimum. The caveat is that they charge you the two hours then try to reauthorize in some cases hundreds if not thousands of dollars extra based on a "verbal" authorization based on my research and experience with the company. The drivers are all Uber style drivers meaning they dont work for the company. The companies address on the contract comes back to a vacant building hence Wire fraud and of course these idiots don't realize it also makes the contract null and void even if they wanted to attempt to enforce it. But its a merchant scam, with credit card reauthorization. They then claim they will report you to creditors, that's not how that works. You have to have proof of debt. Total scam as our all the companies attached to the same LLC same owner. All cities have fake addresses of where the business is located. Like this one in Sacramento comes back to an Apartment building, in some cities they come back to vacant buildings, even saw one I believe is a **********Review fromBonnie L.

This was a nightmare ! The number I called to get service was reached one time. They took my bank card no over the phone in case I canceled to charge me *****. after hanging up I called back spoke to the man again to get a quote if *****. suddenly 3 different men began calling for my address none of them spoke decent English and none of them could confirm that they were the correct company. A tech showed up while another was here unlocking it. Neither could confirm that it was the rite company. Now I find out it was not the rite company and now they are charging me ***** cancellation fee. This was robbery and poor business practices. The guy gave me 3 different numbers. None were the original number that I called so it's not iny call history. Thean on the phone was rude and talked over me. Telling me I have to pay the fee. The manager *** or ***** will be called in theorning to see if they resolve this issue. If they make it rite I'll delete this post if not I will report it to the BBB and make their poor business practices known to everyone.

This company is not a good company. In no way does it actually care about its reputation and does not uphold what the website claims it does. My niece was in an accident this morning and after waiting several hours and calling 4 times with each one saying there was one problem after another she canceled because another tow company actually was willing to come out to her, this company still charged her a $49 cancellation fee. When I called the woman on the phone was so uncaring and the worst customer service professional I have ever dealt with. She absolutely did not care about the company reputation and now it has been several phone calls and I am unable to get a supervisor on the phone. Do not use this scam of a company.10-4 Tow, LLC.

Awful Experience!!!I m disputing a charge base on a service quoted for battery jump starter of ***** dlls. The tow driver took forever to get to my location then found out after the jump starter battery service through my bank statement that it was ****** dollars.10-4 Tow, LLC.
