      I was given a quote of around $200 per hour for the tow service. By the time the tow truck arrived, my car had started on its own, so I no longer needed the tow.Despite not needing any actual service, I went home and found that I was charged $585. I had expected around an hourly charge, not the full charge as if I was towed back home. When I tried to resolve the issue with the company, I was met with terrible customer service. No one returned my calls for days. When I did speak to someone I was either transferred to dead-end phone numbers that didn't ring or connected to representatives who took my information and then hung up on ***** one would provide me with a receipt or a break down of the reason of the cost. I cannot even reach anyone who would be willing to speak to me.
