"Bobby buys homes is horrible business, after giving them unlimited access, and them inspecting 3 times completely unrestricted, they made a cash offer, i signed the contract with a 10 day stipulation, on the 10th day with just hours left, they called and said they're unable to pay the contracted amount and reduced the amount by over $30,000, oddly they thought I would go through it anyway after this scam and acted surprised when I asked for a cancelation in whole and would not be doing business with them, this cost me time and money as I could have had it listed weeks before. Save yourself time and money and stay away from Bobby and his child like antics."
